Well, nomads used to take one caracal kitten out of the den and raise it to be their hunters, like dogs, and they got along well with children. And people call them desert lynx, due to their ears, but they're more related to serval and African golden cat.

Few years ago, there was wolf family near the town and men just went and killed them, got their photo in newspaper. They hadn't done nothing. Feral dogs are more dangerous than wolves nowadays, especially since we don't really have farms or anything near the city. Made me FURIOUS.
