Me too, love cosplaying on Mene! And figuring out how to make my avatar pretty in general. [lol]

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:02 AM

Dystopia 10-31-2014 06:16 AM

I've not cosplayed too often. I've wanted to do Arcade Sona.

Antagonist 10-31-2014 06:19 AM

I want to cosplay a gundam. Too bad we don't have any gundam parts on Mene yet, aside from the head/helmet maybe...

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:22 AM

Oh man, I'd love a gundam style helmet. [eager] And huge clumsy gundam boots!

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:25 AM

Hamlet i really would love to hear the story of your avi right now...
who's arm is that???

Antagonist 10-31-2014 06:27 AM

No burnt skin, though the voodoo doll skin is pretty good for a creepy look. [:)]

I'd love gundam-style wings. [eager] I've always wanted the kind from the Gundam 0 or whatever it was called. [eager] [eager]

HamletSpamlet 10-31-2014 06:27 AM

Oh, I'm cosplaying Seymour from Little Shop of Horrors. [yes] I'm about to feed this arm to my man-eating plant.

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:29 AM

why haven't i seen that movie? Oh well i will watch it tonight then...

Antagonist 10-31-2014 06:34 AM

*looks Seymour up* Oooh, nice cosplay! [eager]

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:36 AM

he is the same guy who shrunk and blew up the kids hehehe

Antagonist 10-31-2014 06:37 AM

The Honey I Shrunk the Kids movie?

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:43 AM

Yup exactly. it was one of my fav...

HamletSpamlet 10-31-2014 06:43 AM

Ahah yeah he is, Rick Moranis. I think he got sick of those Honey I ____ the _____ movies though. Little Shop of Horrors was his favorite role.

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:44 AM

I am downloading it myself... is it safe for the kids to watch too...

Antagonist 10-31-2014 06:44 AM

I can barely remember those movies anymore. [sweat]

HamletSpamlet 10-31-2014 06:46 AM

How old are your kids? It's bloody, and there's some swearing. Plus people are being fed to a huge flytrap plant with teeth, a little scary. [lol]

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:49 AM

they are 8 and 5... they enjoyed Hocus Pocus...

Antagonist 10-31-2014 06:49 AM

Well I did watch part of a movie where there was a guy who got cut in half by a window and you could see the feet still twitching after it fell down from the window when I was around kindergarten-age...so...depends, I guess? [lol]

HamletSpamlet 10-31-2014 06:50 AM

Hmm, I guess that's your call. The 8 year old can probably handle it. If you're not downloading the director's cut with the bad ending, the 5 year old might be able to as well.

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:51 AM

I watched sleepy hollow and didn't let them watch and was very thankful for that...

its not the directors cut one...

HamletSpamlet 10-31-2014 06:52 AM

@Antagonist: Yeah, kids can handle more than most give them credit for, but it's always better to err on the side of caution just in case. Not too smothering, but geez some people let their kids watch or play awful video games and then wonder why they have nightmares and behavioral problems...

---------- Post added 10-30-2014 at 11:54 PM ----------

@Maha, ok the original ending is a happy one. :D Villain gets defeated, all is resolved.

Antagonist 10-31-2014 06:55 AM

I guess it depends on the kid. I'm okay with gore and stuff, but I know a lot of people are squicked about it and would get nightmares.

Maha-Aamir 10-31-2014 06:57 AM

I loved to watch Friday the 13th when i was 10... and then there was another one called Let the blood run free... something like that...
