What's This? Intensifies

Last night just after midnight my roommate came rushing into our room and told me to get outside and see what was going on. Running out, I found myself standing barefoot in a pile of snow that hadn't been there a half hour earlier. Of course we did the only rational thing and went out exploring for about an hour in the abandoned camp grounds. Woke up and it's still snowing. I think nature is pulling the equivalent of playing Christmas music the minute it's no longer Halloween.

Here's a picture of our Jack Skellington jack o lantern:

Thanks! I love the snow most of the time so I think I'll be able to handle my first off season at the camp I'm working at. The past two years have been kind of dry from what I've heard, but everyone is hopeful for this season. Then again they're hopeful for every season.

Amazing pumpkin!

I, personally, am having a mini fit over the snow. I think snow is gorgeous, but I dont want it until late november or so... I HATE shoveling it and despise the cold in general. >>;

Yeah, this is the earliest I've ever had snow so we'll see how I'm feeling about it in the future. I'm living/working at a camp and the first thing one of my co-workers said to me when I got the job was "I hope you're ready for everyone to talk about how great the snow is while not so secretly hating every minute of it." Sooo... it'll be interesting.
