I don't think having capital letters are important.... I've used lower case before, and it'll automatically turn it capital when the ping links the user [:?]

Well, birthdays at home can still be fun!! I would plan a day full of my favorite activities, and favorite food. You could watch movies, do your hair or nails, eat some yummy desserts (or other food), play your favorite games, listen to music and have a dance party. Stuff like that?

I just always remind people not to quote it and try and remind myself not to edit a post with a My Friends ping unless I remove it.
