Adopted a new furry friend yesterday <3
 

WHEEK! Mr. Vladamir had been waiting for a home since 8/25/14. His friend had been adopted without him poor lil man :(. I didn't name him the shelter did but...I think I will keep it. Not my 1st piggy wont be my last <3.

You know, I usually associate adoption with dogs and cats, so it's a nice reminder that there are other animals who need loving homes too![hug]

They do! All animals can be up for adoption :). My pigs, bunny, and dog where all adopted. So many cute animals need a home <3. I wish more people would adopt and not shop.

I tend to adopt my babies, too. I also don't change their names unless they're babies and don't recognize the one the shelter gave them, yet. Actually, I think the only one I have changed the name for was my puppy, but the shelter named her and they only had her a couple of days before I took her. Which is good cause Tokyo does not fit her!

What a cutie! How is life with him going? I've heard piggies are such cute, loving lil babies. I once dated a guy with a piggie and every time I was at his house I swear I spent more time with the piggie than with the guy. [lol]

That's adorable! I would suggest adopting a second one, as guinea pigs get lonely. ;o;
