Dude, I'm not the same person I was six months ago. >.> Sometimes last week is iffy.
Haha, and yes! I used to love certain artists, like Rihanna, but now I practically barf when I hear them. |
I think in relation to my age I only ever forgot how I old I was once, I still thought I was 13 after my 14th birthday....even though I had a celebration and everything!
I think my taste in music has not changed that much, I generally still like the same songs I liked years ago, even those one-hit wonders that were popular and would make most people cringe these days.... |
Yeah, I do still like a lot of the music I liked when I was a teen... The issue now is less that I think the music is bad, but more so that I can't hear it without remembering who I was as a teen and that is cringey. The other day I was taking my musically-illiterate boyfriend on a tour of classic rock and after a while I started feeling really weird because it just brought back so many memories of who I'm not anymore. @[email protected] I can handle it in small doses, a song or two, but I'm not sure I could ever listen to a full CD I bought as a teen! Sorry, Guns N' Roses.

I actually had that experience today. Someone had the full Coldplay Viva la Vida album playing, and I used to listen to that on end in my sophomore year of high school. Now it just brings back so many memories and it just had to get turned off. >.>

My natural instinct is to lie about my age. I usually go with 26, b/c I can pull it off.
But the last few times I was asked, and tried to be honest, karma caught up to me - I accidentally said 33, instead of 32! D: |
I think it's just apart of getting older. [yes] I do that all time, except for right now, I'm 27...
|
I can never remember my age. For this year's birthday I thought for sure that I was turning 25 only to find out on my birthday that I'm actually 26. ROFL! Whenever doctors ask me I seriously have to think about it before I answer. And even then I'm not that sure. >.<
|
I always have to stop and think to remember my birth year. I always want to write the current year and it fries my brain to think back to 1992.
|
I haven'thad to say my age for like two years so when someone asked me, without skipping a heart beat, I said I'm 21... when I'm actually 23 lol

The worst time to forget your age is going through customs at an airport. Mainly miami. They will question you to all hell. Completely ignore the fact you have been traveling for 20+ hours and are exhausted because you have been awake for 30+ hours.[headdesk] That was the worst trip I have ever been on. Spending an hour in customs because I forgot my age and they questioned everything else because I grew up in an area different than where I was born and my current address, according to my passport. Just awful to be forgetful in those moments.

Oh god, that sounds like the worst. [gonk] You don't remember your age? YOU MUST BE LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING! TERRORIST!
