Antonio had been looking everywhere but in front of him, so he didn't notice Lovino until too late. "Ah Lovi?!" he yelped before he grabbed hold of the other to keep him from falling. Antonio grinned and moved his grip to a hug. "I was just looking for you. Where did you go?"

Lovino instantly struggled to get Antonio to let go. He'd been hugged enough today. Who cares if the other's hugs were warm and made him feel loved or that he wasn't struggling to hard. "I had to get my phone from Nonno. Why are you still here? It's getting late. I was sure you'd have left by now."

"Oh, I see. Is that why you didn't answer my texts?" Antonio asked. He just figured that Lovino didn't want to, which had happened more than once before. Still smiling, he leaned down to kiss Lovino. "Yeah, I was planning on leaving, but I wanted to say good bye first. So...adios."

Lovino blushed as Antonio kissed him. But he felt the kiss passed by to quickly. He immediately pulled the other down again once he stopped talking and kissed him again. After a moment, he pulled back and promptly turned and ran off to his room again, his face bright red and feeling like he was burning.

Well, Antonio could have said good bye for much longer than that, but he'd turned a little red himself at the sudden kiss from Lovino. His surprise kept him from stopping his boyfriend's retreat and he found himself standing alone before he could even think. After a few seconds, he cupped his hands around his mouth and yelled toward Lovino's room. "I love you!" With that parting, he turned to leave. He said good bye to the rest of the family and finally headed out the door, feeling a whole lot secure with his love than he ever had before.

Lovino muttered quietly under his breath for a second about tomato bastards at Antonio's yelled declaration of love. But he couldn't help the small smile that formed on his face. He pulled out his phone and sent a text to him saying 'I love you too.' Then after a moment sent another one that said 'Dumb tomato bastard.' Pleased with that, he headed to the bathroom to shower before going to bed.

Ivan stared at the collection of brochures in his hand, feelings of hope and dread overtaking him. He picked up the things yesterday, but waited until now to do anything about them. It was strangely pitiful of him, considering he'd been so aggressive before. Finally, he picked up his phone and dialed Alfred's number. They hadn't talked in close to a week, but he did hope the other would pick up. Maybe it was because Alfred agreed to go on a date with him, actually agreed, that he couldn't bring himself to force the issue. So now he just listened to the dial tone, growing more on-edge.

Alfred was sitting on his couch, playing one of his zombie games. He was so focused on the game, he didn't hear his phone go off, to busy shouting 'Die fucking zombies! Die!' at his tv. The sound of the ringing eventually broke through his focus and he answered it just before it went to voicemail, not even checking to see who was calling. "Hello?"

Ivan thought he was going to die; he'd been so sure Alfred wouldn't answer. "Hello? Ah..." He cast about for the words to say what he wanted. He jumped right into the conversation, not bothering with the niceties of introductions. After all, they shouldn't have been necessary. "Have you changed your mind about going on a date with me?" he asked after a pause. Best to get that question out of the way first.

Alfred was confused for a moment about what Ivan was talking about. Then he remembered what had happened last week. "... That depends.. Are you still wanting to go out with me?" he asked. He was mostly sure that the answer was yes, considering the question. But he liked to be completely sure about this before answering.

That seemed like an awful stupid question, but Ivan didn't mention that. "Of course!" he exclaimed. He even had some idea of what he wanted to do even if it might be unexpected. "But I wasn't sure, since last time..." He trailed off, remembering just how unwell their last meeting went. Probably best not to bring it up. "But if you want to, I would really love to do something with you this weekend!"

Alfred was glad his suspicion about the question was correct. He knew his memory wasn't the greatest, so he had to be sure. "Sure, I'd love to do something. What did you have in mind?" he asked. He was really up for anything. The only thing he really had planned was playing his games and maybe go bother Matthew into making him pancakes.

Ivan looked down at the brochures again, the flashy colors on the cover full of childish fun. "I have a few ideas," he admitted, though he didn't elaborate. "How about Saturday morning, I come over there and I'll share them with you. It's so much fun than just telling you over the phone!" He really did want the visual aid of the brochures and perhaps some of the surprise factor. But mostly he just thought this was fun.

"Alright. Lets say around ten?" Alfred asked. That was the earliest he was willing to wake up on a Saturday. And even that was pushing it. Weekends were meant for sleeping in, after all. Unless there was food involved. Then he'd be happy to get up at whatever time.

That sounded a bit late to Ivan, but he didn't argue. "If that is what you want, then I will be there at ten. I hope you are also excited!" he said. It would be terrible if none of Ivan's plans turned out to be acceptable. He didn't know what he might do in that situation. But he did think he picked his date ideas with Alfred's maturity level in mind. "Well, that was all I called for. I will see you Saturday then?"

"Yep! See you then dude! Later!" Alfred exclaimed. With that, he hung up. He was excited to see what Ivan had in mind considering he hasn't been on a real date since high school. Even then those relationships never lasted. But that was fine. He didn't like thinking about the past anyway. Instead, for now, he went back to his game.

When Saturday rolled around, Ivan arrived at Alfred's apartment at exactly ten like he said. He'd managed to dress a little more casual than usual and looked less like the business man he was. Though he did still wear his scarf. "Good morning!" he called through the door as he jabbed the bell a couple times. Unlike Alfred, he enjoyed his mornings and dealt with them quite well. Well enough that a giant smile plastered itself over his face.

Unlike Ivan, Alfred was not a morning person. He'd just barely rolled out of bed and started a pot of coffee when he heard the other at the door. In his half-asleep state, he was confused by why the man was here. It took a moment for it to click in his mind as he went to answer the door. He opened the door and yawned. "Good morning..." he replied, letting the other inside.

Ivan kept on grinning despite the sleepy appearance of Alfred. "Aren't you excited? Today is going to be wonderful. Hurry up and drink your coffee so we can go!" he exclaimed. He held his brochures behind his back, waiting for Alfred to ask about them or at least for him to be aware enough to care when Ivan shared them. Honestly, there was no reason to be sleepy at all.

"How can you be so happy in the mornings.." Alfred muttered to himself, going to the kitchen and getting a cup of coffee. He drank it down quickly, needing the caffeine. After making another one and chugging it as well, he poured a third before turning to Ivan. "So, what's the plan for today?" he asked, awake enough to focus.

"Eh? I'm always happy..." Ivan stated as he followed Alfred to the kitchen. "Don't I smile so very well?" At least, he liked to think of himself as a happy person even when the sentiment didn't hold true. After eyeing the way Alfred chugged the coffee, he spread his three brochures out on the table. "I'll let you pick so this date will go more happy yes? Options are, aquarium, Air and Space museum, or the planetarium!"

Alfred looked over the brochures, thinking carefully about the choices. He's been to the planetarium once on a school trip and couldn't remember it being that exciting. At least not for him. But then again, he hadn't really been paying to much attention to the teacher explaining everything. He mentally crossed that one off though and looked at the other two. The aquarium could be interesting, but only if they saw sharks. He eventually pointed to the last one. "Let's go to the Air and Space Museum. I've always been interested in flying." he said. That one held a lot more promise to him.

Ivan thought for sure his choices would be fun and he found them on a list of top twenty date spots when he should have been working. It surprised him that Alfred picked the most educational sounding one of them all though, since he resembled a child oftentimes. "Very well. I do enjoy planes greatly. Are you ready?" he asked as he folded up the brochures and stuffed them back into his pants pocket.

"Does it look like I'm ready?" Alfred asked, a bit sarcastically. He was only wearing a pair of sleeping pants after all. He was no where near ready to leave. "Wait right here. I'll go get dressed." he said. He finished his coffee and put the cup in the sink before leaving to his room and getting dressed. He dressed pretty casually, since Ivan was as well. He quickly brushed his hair and teeth before pulling on an old bomber jacket to finish his look. Then he returned to where the other was waiting.

Ivan huffed with frustration. He was excited all by himself not the most patient man. "Then hurry up and get ready!" Crossing his arms, he waited until Alfred showed himself again and Ivan's smile came back in an instant. He grabbed hold of Alfred's hand and dragged him out the door. "Fantastic! Then off we go!" The museum would take a little while to drive to so he'd like to get on the way after starting so late in the morning.
