Don't taze the animals. D:
They didn't do anything to deserve being tazed! ;___; |
I'm not talking about animals.

That reminds me of the time when my best friend's brother stole my frog that I'd found in my yard and he cut it in half with a shovel!
I saw the flies the froggie ate and I was traumatized for life. It was terrible... Why do people do such sick things?! |
it sure is a sick sad world we live in
|
Happy (Tofu) Turkey Day, my friends!
|
The worst part of that story for me is having to see insects.
|
I used to work in a restaurant that served frog legs on their buffet. They were delicious.
My daddy was a depression baby born in 1929. He told me they used to gig frogs&his ma would clean&quarter them to fry up like chickens. |
I haven't tried them myself (even though France is just a two hour train ride away), but apparently they taste like chicken
|
Ya know....not all things that "taste like chicken" tastes like chicken!
My mother told me that rabbit tasted like chicken... That is a lie! She seasoned it and prepared it like chicken....but it did not taste like chicken. Chicken tastes like chicken....rabbit tastes like rabbit...and I imagine that frog legs must taste like frog. |
This is so horrible! T_T
I can just imagine the poor animal's faces as they are brutally slaughtered and their dead carcasses as cut up for people to eat. I once saw pictures of butchered dog heads that are wrapped and ready to go in a Chinese supermarket and everyone on Facebook was disgusted. What is the difference between a dog and a chicken? They are both animals, just because one is your pet doesn't mean they can't be used for meat. That's speciesism. Either you eat all animals or you don't eat any, there is no in between. |

Of survival. |
the biggest difference between a dog and a chicken, apart from the anthropomorphic familiarization of front facing eyes, is that one is carnivorous (omnivorous) and one isn't. the human digestive system isn't designed to absorb nutrients from other meat eating creatures and the whole point of eating meat is to gain pre-processed nutrition from creatures that have already processed nutrition from plant matter with the exception of fish of course. not to mention that more plant matter must be consumed to meet the same protein levels so sometimes being vegetarian can sometimes prove to be heavy on the pockets, depending on where you live. saying that, I get where you're coming from, and wouldn't feel right eating an animal if I had seen it when it was alive

It's rough to be the ones with the brains and still b subject to primal nature including death. 😱

My girlfriend in derby sent me so much tea!
You guys, I'm going to overdose on British tea! She also sent candies! Yum! I am going to move to England after I leave Australia. :o |
lol, don't OD on the PG Tips, it'll set your gossip meter on overload
|
When we say tea in the US we mean a blend of orange peko& peso cut Black tea.
|
I got my mom addicted to PG Tips too.
She likes her tea with a little milk, no sugar. 8D And then we both had a piece of http://www.bakingdom.com/wp-content/...ate-Orange.jpg ^ That thing, that my friend sent and my mom just went crazy for that chocolate. She says it doesn't make "her head hurt" like American chocolate does! We HATE American chocolate. OMG. I am in love. 8D |
oh wow, a terry's chocolate orange. "tap it, unwrap it, and there you are" was how the old advert for it went, and that's exactly how to open it too. I haven't had one for ages
|
I dunno, bruh. I just eat chocolate and it tastes like chocolate.
|
but chocolate orange is something special, in our house it was something we only saw when spacial guest came for dinner and brought it as a gift. mum would tap it and unwrap it, just like in the commercial, and it would spring open like a bear trap of pure chocolaty/orangy goodness for all to share. aah, nostalgia, its not what it used to be
|
Chocolate orange, go away. Silly chocolate. That's not where you go! You're not bacon. *tickles chocolate with finger* Sillyyy.
|
I usually don't like chocolate, but I've tried the Topic bar, the Picnic bar and some other Cadbury treats and the Terry's chocolate orange and it's so good. :O
WAAAY better than American chocolate! |
