"pinch punch first of the month."

"pinch punch first of the month." is a little first of the month tradition we have here in the UK. of course, if you do it after 12pm, they reply with "punch kick for being so quick."
what 'first of the month' traditions do you have where you live?

Hmm, we do not have any in America, well at least not in Florida, though now I wish we had one!
April Fools is as close as it gets [lol]

haha *hands out the band-aids* well in that case, maybe you could spread the 'first of the month' pinch punch love, every tradition has got to start somewhere you know .

lol, if you think you hate April Fools Day, I've got a friend whose birthday falls on the first of April. can you imagine his intrepidation when opening the prezzies?

I work in a grocery store, so the first of the month tends to mean something else entirely. [sweat]

Menelaus 04-01-2015 08:06 PM

Ooooh, ok. I'm from the UK so I only know what food stamps are from tv (I think we had them during world war 2 but that was a little before my time ) so how do they work?

My cousin's birthday is today too. We're really close, so i've always thought of it less as April Fool's Day.

I think the only "first of the month" tradition that we Americans practice each month is paying the rent! Lol!
