I'm diabetic, my doc says u should never starve yourself. To lose weight go by carbs, only 14 carbs per meal. Breakfast lunch dinner with a snack in between each meal. He said to graze on foods like animals do. Stop eating white bread, white rice, white noodles, throw out sugar in home, replace it with splendid or steva. Don't drink whole milk it's full of fat. Try 2%, it doesn't taste watered down an actually taste like milk. An u got to learn to read the info on food products. Choose the lowest carbs. An exercises the more u sweat, the better it is to lose the weight.

Have fun. I will stick to my herbal waters and teas to drink to detoxic my body with and still eat healthy. By the way onions ate an anti toxin if you eat them. Oh and eating a lot of green salad will clean your system too. No need for the moon diet.

I'm not so sure about the three day thing, but fasting for twenty-four hours from time to time (but not too often) is actually quite healthy. the human body regularly builds up the toxins absorbed from the foods we eat and at times needs a little time to recuperate, or even purge them from its system.
at the same time, saying that, you should also be careful to regularly maintain a controlled diet. the body also needs to replenish the nutrients of which it has previously burnt up. either way, good luck in achieving your dietary goals |

If u really want to detox ur body, slice some lemons up(the whole thing) freeze them. Then through them in a blender, grind them up, add some of them to water an I add splendid an drink it, it will sure detox u an clean u out an it helps u lose weight too. I have a diatrician an she told me abt the lemons. But she said not to waste any of it. To use the whole thing.

I usually do three days without food and just drink water for religious purposes.Three is just because I believe in Trinity, and afterwards for a day,I only drink juice and eat crackers.It's very satisfying once you reach your goal.

Though I believe an occasional fast is beneficial, I have never heard about syncing it with the lunar cycle.
