Hell yes there are pinata people. Ones made to look like princesses and other fictional characters. Nothing like an exploded person spewing candy to make you feel better.

It depends on the princess. I usually prefer the rebel ones like Merida, Repunsel and Mulan. But my favorite Disney princess will always be Belle.
