I warn you guys, I may not be the most active or coherent. I was outside all day today and it was really high humidity and fairly hot. Long story short I have at the very least probably a mild case of heat exhaustion if not mild heat stroke.

Sounds like you know what you're doing. I imagine a lot of people are dealing with that sort of thing this summer. It's extra hot this year. Thankfully, it's cloudy and off-and-on raining today, keeping it from being too hot.

It was a little rainy this morning but quickly wore off and got really humid. Yeah I know how to handle it fairly well. I deal with it every summer plus I took EMT basic.
