If you have a wooden block or something to put your feet on that works too...or maybe even a blanket. [XD]

MoodyBats 11-27-2018 02:17 AM

Sadly no wooden block and blanket didn't really do anything either XD

Antagonist 11-27-2018 02:23 AM

Darn. Guess you'll be playing the colder version of 'the floor is lava' [sweat]

MoodyBats 11-27-2018 06:42 AM

Haha pretty much [rofl]

Antagonist 11-27-2018 06:53 AM

When does it usually start to get warmer where you live? Something to look forward to maybe? [:O]

MoodyBats 11-27-2018 08:15 AM

Probably not until March or April [cry]

Antagonist 11-27-2018 08:17 AM

Oh. That's quite a while away. [gonk] I think it starts to get warm around March or April here, but then again even at our coldest it rarely goes below ten degrees Celcius.

MoodyBats 11-27-2018 08:19 AM

It gets pretty cold here.
Like below 0. not looking forward to that.
But i got a new padded coat. my first padded type of coat.
IT'S THE BEST.
and only for $30 and works well.
but yeah i expect i will be wearing my coat INSIDE the house [rofl]

Antagonist 11-27-2018 08:30 AM

Ugh if it ever gets that cold around here I'd be wearing thick padded coats while indoors too. [gonk] Though then again we don't usually have heaters here so if it gets cooler I'll probably wear jackets while indoors anyway. [lol]

MoodyBats 11-27-2018 08:36 PM

the downstairs area of my house is not insulated so it's very cold.
but i am constantly staying up in my room because it's warm up there.

Inzanebraned 11-27-2018 09:33 PM

Flattened cardboard boxes can be laid on the floor to insulate against the cold floor.

Antagonist 11-28-2018 12:16 AM

Yeah, it's usually warmer in my room than the living room, which is great for colder weathers but not so good for warmer weathers. [sweat]

Cardboard boxes on the floor sounds like a good idea!

MoodyBats 11-28-2018 12:23 AM

@Antagonist
haha aint that the truth.
i was dying in here back in june/july.
IT WAS HORRID.

But i love my room [gonk]

@Inzanebraned
it's more so downstairs is not insulated.
The floor under my desk is only cold from the air purifier XD
and the vent being closed [sweat]

my dad would honestly just complain that there is cardboard boxes everywhere..so yeah

Antagonist 11-28-2018 12:25 AM

Ugh, don't remind me of those summer months, it was horrible. [gonk] Thank the gods for air conditioning or I'd have died a long time ago. [headdesk] I love my room too, I rarely leave it when possible, despite the stifling air during summer [lol]

MoodyBats 11-28-2018 12:27 AM

Since we had no A/C
it was horrendous. [gonk]

Antagonist 11-28-2018 12:31 AM

No air conditioning?!!! How are you still alive?! [gonk] [gonk] [gonk]

MoodyBats 11-28-2018 12:39 AM

that is a very good question lmao.
I drank tons of water and just layed on the floor downstairs pretty much.

Ava The Vampire 11-28-2018 12:41 AM

Ohh! I HATE being without air conditioning!

Back in Minnesota, in the summer of last year, it was too SOO hot and we didn't have air conditioning working because our house was old. :(

I had a spray bottle and every 30 minutes I would spritz myself with water just to cool down. xD

Antagonist 11-28-2018 01:00 AM

Wow. I'd probably need like five showers a day to get me through. And a large fan blowing at me at top speed. [gonk]

MoodyBats 11-28-2018 01:22 AM

Yeah it was bad.
i had sweat through like 3 shirts just in one day. [sweat]

our dowstairs area was cool but NOT cool enough.
i'm honestly surprised i managed to draw my fave lined art piece
and how well it turned out because the heat was terrible.
a lot of it was late 90's-100's.
not terrible compared to other places but it was not fun. [evil]

Antagonist 11-28-2018 01:32 AM

Ugh I die at around 29 degrees Celcius, 90 - 100 would be around thirty something Celcius and I'd be even deader. Of course it doesn't help that our humidity levels are generally over 80% and sometimes 100% so none of the heat goes anywhere...[headdesk]

R u b y 11-28-2018 09:54 PM

NISTY ALL I SAW WAS "I DIE AROUND 29" AND I WAS LIKE NOOOOO YOU'RE ALMOST THERE DONT DIE

Antagonist 11-29-2018 12:17 AM

lmfao If that were true I'd already be deeead [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

R u b y 11-29-2018 03:00 AM

Oh I thought you were 28 xD WELL STILL DONT DIE K? xD

Antagonist 11-29-2018 03:08 AM

Hopefully I won't until I'm at least 50 or something xDDD
