If you have a wooden block or something to put your feet on that works too...or maybe even a blanket. [XD] |
Sadly no wooden block and blanket didn't really do anything either XD
|
Darn. Guess you'll be playing the colder version of 'the floor is lava' [sweat] |
Haha pretty much [rofl]
|
When does it usually start to get warmer where you live? Something to look forward to maybe? [:O] |
Probably not until March or April [cry]
|
Oh. That's quite a while away. [gonk] I think it starts to get warm around March or April here, but then again even at our coldest it rarely goes below ten degrees Celcius. |
It gets pretty cold here.
Like below 0. not looking forward to that. But i got a new padded coat. my first padded type of coat. IT'S THE BEST. and only for $30 and works well. but yeah i expect i will be wearing my coat INSIDE the house [rofl] |
Ugh if it ever gets that cold around here I'd be wearing thick padded coats while indoors too. [gonk] Though then again we don't usually have heaters here so if it gets cooler I'll probably wear jackets while indoors anyway. [lol] |
the downstairs area of my house is not insulated so it's very cold.
but i am constantly staying up in my room because it's warm up there. |
Flattened cardboard boxes can be laid on the floor to insulate against the cold floor.
|
Yeah, it's usually warmer in my room than the living room, which is great for colder weathers but not so good for warmer weathers. [sweat] |
@Antagonist
haha aint that the truth. i was dying in here back in june/july. IT WAS HORRID. But i love my room [gonk] @Inzanebraned it's more so downstairs is not insulated. The floor under my desk is only cold from the air purifier XD and the vent being closed [sweat] my dad would honestly just complain that there is cardboard boxes everywhere..so yeah |
Ugh, don't remind me of those summer months, it was horrible. [gonk] Thank the gods for air conditioning or I'd have died a long time ago. [headdesk] I love my room too, I rarely leave it when possible, despite the stifling air during summer [lol] |
Since we had no A/C
it was horrendous. [gonk] |
No air conditioning?!!! How are you still alive?! [gonk] [gonk] [gonk] |
that is a very good question lmao.
I drank tons of water and just layed on the floor downstairs pretty much. |
Ohh! I HATE being without air conditioning!
Back in Minnesota, in the summer of last year, it was too SOO hot and we didn't have air conditioning working because our house was old. :( I had a spray bottle and every 30 minutes I would spritz myself with water just to cool down. xD |
Wow. I'd probably need like five showers a day to get me through. And a large fan blowing at me at top speed. [gonk] |
Yeah it was bad.
i had sweat through like 3 shirts just in one day. [sweat] our dowstairs area was cool but NOT cool enough. i'm honestly surprised i managed to draw my fave lined art piece and how well it turned out because the heat was terrible. a lot of it was late 90's-100's. not terrible compared to other places but it was not fun. [evil] |
Ugh I die at around 29 degrees Celcius, 90 - 100 would be around thirty something Celcius and I'd be even deader. Of course it doesn't help that our humidity levels are generally over 80% and sometimes 100% so none of the heat goes anywhere...[headdesk] |
NISTY ALL I SAW WAS "I DIE AROUND 29" AND I WAS LIKE NOOOOO YOU'RE ALMOST THERE DONT DIE
|
lmfao If that were true I'd already be deeead [rofl] [rofl] [rofl] |
Oh I thought you were 28 xD WELL STILL DONT DIE K? xD
|
Hopefully I won't until I'm at least 50 or something xDDD |
