A female figure strolled out of the water with her short blue hair slightly a mess yet patted down because of the water. She had violet blue eyes which stood out amongst her somewhat pale skin. She couldn't have been more than five foot four or five foot five and at least around sixteen age wise.

Megan stopped what she was doing looking over at the water watching a young girl walk out of it. "Who is that?" she wondered out loud, she would have used to flew over and hug the girl, but lately she had began changing alot. She wasn't even with superboy anymore.

Kaldur watched carefuly as the girl came out of the water."you,who are you ",he asked softly.He looked to the others and back to her.She looked to be about their age.He then stopped he could feel some one else watching them ."megan",he said softly.

"oh relax water boy",came a voice as she came down from a rock face."I mean you know harm",she said calmly.She had her brown hair tied back into a pony tail."and i am almost certain if she ment you harm she would hav done it by now while you all stand around gawking at her....gee the wold is so safe with you guys around"

Kaldur looked to Ahni."this what a lot of peopel wear in this time,but what time are you from?",he asked looking at her own clothing.Now that was strange.Old ladies would wear that now. He looked to Conner as she approached him."where do you come from",he said now ignoreing the other girl on the beach.

Volossi sighed.She was going to tell them,but since they were busy,she'd try another day.She smiled some."thier loss",she said and left withought being seen,advantage of being a assasin. A short while later she was dressed in normal clothes and was at a hospital.She was a volunteer there. She headed up the elivato and down the hall knocking on the door.."you up?",sh asekd openeing it and smiled."After noon Roy",she said softly

"The water, well before that a city. I woke up in the cold water below, not sure why but I think I was in ice for awhile." Ahni clearly couldn't remember why she was in the ice at the bottom of the ocean to begin with. She backed up from the boy wearing a red "S" on his shirt and politely smiled. "I have this feeling this isn't the 1940's anymore. Is it?" Ahni asked waiting for an answer to her question.

Artemis shook her head "No actually this is the 21st century." Artemis wondered how could someone survive in ice at the bottom of the ocean like she had stated.

Roy turned to look at her "Yea, I'm up. What are you doing here?" of course he was just moody because he realized he lost eight years of his life being in ice and his arm. He hadn't had any clothes minus the hospital gown and pants he was wearing. He sat on the bed after standing ready to leave out of the window.

Volossi shut the door behind her."gee ,nice to see you too,yah know after me being one of your only visitors om the month youve been here, you'd think youd be use rto me by now",she said calmly.Though,being a volunteer was only a cover,one that she made sure Roy had known her first day there. The people who had done this too him had hired her to kill him,after the twin(the clone Roy),had rescued him. But just because she was an assassin didn't mean she got paid ,and killed who she was told,she did her research first.Yes she would take the money,but when she didn't want to do the job she would decline. And they couldnt go to anyone in a legal passion ,since what they were doing was illegal. Once she had declined the kill,she alerted the twin right away,and then came here to meet the real Roy.She felt bad for him,and had started to become attached to him the more she visited every day. She was basically his body guard when his twin wants there."and if you were trying to sneak off,you should at least have me or the twin with you",she said softly."and maybe have something that doesn't scream "hey i just escaped from a hospital',on",she then healed out a shopping bag."I have brought you some,real clothes,they should be in your style and size",she said calmly. Roy was the only person she had found herself being kind to.

Kaldur sighed.This was a problem.If she survived down there,as she had stated,and for that long of a time,there had to be a super power."don't be afraid, we may be able to help you.You should come with us",he said looking to the others."look's like fun time is over for now",he said calmly

"Stop calling him that, call him by his alias if you will, but he isn't my twin" Roy didn't even want to admit he was his clone "I won't stay here any longer" Roy had left one other time only to get his revenge, but Luthor gave him a mechanical arm. Best technology out there, even his robot body guard didn't have the chance to have something as great as it. Then he was thrown right back in the hospital again because they caught him thanks to Luthor. "Thanks" he said taking the bag to look at what was there seeing the right type of pants he tended to wear more often than just jeans. It was easier to run in pants and not jeans. He slipped on the pants first so he could get rid of the hospital gown. He was shirtless for a moment as he pulled out the crimson hoodie having a bit of a problem putting it on. "Would you mind?" asking if she would help him put it on since it wasn't easy wit only one arm.

"Aww you're going to let your good day end because I'm here? Why not enjoy the sun some more. I'm not in any rush to get things done. They will be solved in time." Ahni said politely thinking it was better to enjoy the day and have some fun while at it. "Can you teach me how to play?" talking about Volleyball which Megan and the others had played before she got there. "Or I can race someone in the water if they like to swim"

"I agree with her, why let our fun end? She said it's alright to wait awhile." Kid Flash stated speeding over next to the girl putting his arm over her shoulder. "Uh, please get off me" Ahni said not liking being so close to another, she was raised not to get too close to others, even in contact unless shaking a strangers hand. Or just hugging a family member. Kid Flash was pulled away by Artemis "Don't worry about him, he's harmless" she (Artemis) said as she put some distance between Wally and the new girl.

"you know i would call him that,but you never know who's listening",she said watching him a moment and smiled softly."sure",she went over and carefully helped him with his hoodie."and I have one other surprise for you but it has to wait until we get out of here,couldn't exactly sneak it in here",she said grinning at what she had for him."there",she stepped back once he had the hoodie on."so if were going to get you out of here,were going to have to get a bit creative",she grinned a bit.She kinda was a tech genius on the side so she pulled out a tiny metal ball.:oh and for now i got you some slip on shoes",she added."witch i suggest you put on now",she then rolled then cracked open the door and rolled it down the long hall way,as soon as it had hit the floor a hologram of Roy appeared ans was running down the hall,she waited until the nurses ran after it."okay all clear lets go"

Kaldur looked,unsure."fine then",he looked to megan."why dont you start playing volly ball ith megan",he said and headed towards the water.He would go look and see if he could see anything down there ."ill be back shortly",he said looking to Walley."and please stop acting like a high schooler"

Roy didn't smile, though he was grateful when she helped him with his hoodie. This was going to take time to get used to. "I figured we'd just jump out the window again" this time he wouldn't go straight for Luthor seeing as he would find out right off the bat. Roy wasn't sure what she was up to, but that was the fun of the mystery that surrounded Volossi. Putting his shoes on rather quickly and not saying a word as he followed her staying out of sight. One skip out was easy, but the second would be even harder. Especially with his last attack on Luthor in his office stopping Mercy in her tracks at a point.

Wally held up his hands in defense "What, we're not that far from when we were high schoolers" Artemis shook her head laughing as Megan smiled pulling Ahni along with her "Come on, it's really easy" the fun began as Ahni had picked up on the game rather quickly, she did learn better by watching rather than hearing. So far there was Artemis, Megan, and Anhi on one side with Conner, Robin, and Garfield on the other side. The boys had four points and the girls had six even with the use of their powers, though Ahni didn't reveal any if she had them.

Volossi smiled as they weer able to make there escape and looked to him."you ow me now",she said jokeingly .She was determand to make him smile,and the gift-surprise she had for him,just might do it."best ting about you in normal clothse you can pass for Red Arrow",she said calmly and lead him down a few alley ways until they got to an old looking work shop,"I live above the garage" ,she said trying not to smirk.The place looked really run down,but as they say ,looks can be desiveing. "come on in",she opened the door and healed it open for hi as she flicked on a light. Inside was liek a techniclogical heaven, .Computers, tvs,eveything.

Kaldur sighed as he stayed back watching the new girl play with the team.She wasn't showing pff any powers...but for her just to walk out of the water like that , fully cloathed .She then blinked looking around .The other girl was gone.Whoever she was any way.

Ahni had to roll up her skirt a bit so make it easier to play in since her clothes were wet, but it wasn't that bad of a thing for her since she was drying in the sun. The girls has won beating the boys by twelve points to ten points (boys). "That was really fun, I never got to go to parties before, so I never have been able to play volleyball!" she smiled as he short blue hair glistened in the sunlight. "Hey, you're Kaldur right?" Ahni asked adding "Megan says you love to swim, that you're really fast. Want to race?" she asked hopefully.

Roy shook his head, he didn't even know when he would "pay her back" for that, but at least she got him out of that boring hospital. He could just imagine the nurses faces when they find out he was really gone. "Someone's been busy" he spoke walking in seeing everything around him "Does the League or Batman know you have all of this?" he wondered out loud.

Kaldur blinked when Ahni spoke to him."oh,sure",he said heading for the water."are you sure youd be able to keep up?',he asked as he started going into the water."where do you want to race to?"

Volossi smiled."yeap,spend half my life making this place my own",she said softly and laughed."no,no one else knows about this place,its not their business to know",she said softly.Then smiled as a large robotic dog came trotting out from the shadows."thats fluffy",she said calmly then headed over to a table with a blanket over it ."so you want to see your surprise?"

"How do you stay under the radar with all this?" Roy asked looking at the computers, he was quite impressed, though he wouldn't actually come out to say that. Out of habit he leaned down to pet the robotic dog "Fluffy? Interesting name. Sure" he stood up walking over to her wondering what she had planned under a blanket on a table.

"Hah, you should ask that to yourself, I'm great at swimming" or as good as she could possibly get in a pool or sometimes when she used to go to the beach occasionally. She took off her sweater top showing she wore a dark grey sports bra underneath. Though she kept her skirt on even if she wore shorts underneath them most of the time. Walking into the water she smiled hearing Artemis yell out "Ready...set...go!" there was no limit on how far and fast they could go, but when Artemis called out. Ahni dove into the water underneath as it would be less currents to go against.

Kaldur smirked and jumped in as well easily keeping pace as he he too sam under water ,though he was starting to get an odd feeling that they were being watched.For now he kept going,but still stayed on allert.He had to admit she was good,but he wasn't even going his fastest yet



Volossi grinned."very carefully ,and i hack thier hacks",she said grinning."yes it seems fitting",she smiled as Fluffy followed Roy and sat beside him."Now please ,don't freak out okay?",she said calmly.She pulled the blanket off revealing a robotic arm. "i know it looks plain but trust me it's not it works way better then that sleaze ball Luther tried to pawn off on you",she said carefully picking it up."no surgery required",she pointed to two sensors. "they pick up on you mussels,and makes the arm work like a normal..arm",she said trying to word it."thers also little tiny sensors in the hand,so you can feel things,to a point any way:,she looked to him."and as a bonus there is a third sensor that when it attaches to your arms ,theres a laytex that will form and make it look,none robotic,again like a normal arm,theres other things it can do but you'd have to test it out,oh and its water proof"

Ahni could feel the ocean's energy as if it was pulling her along with the flow of things as her speed picked up greatly. She was quite fast in the water, maybe not so much on land, but the water felt more like a home to her. Probably because she was in an ice like block for some time now. The faster she went, the happier she felt with the speed not realizing it was mating season for the jelly fish swarm that she was now in the middle of. Stopping in her swim she looked around. [Aw man] she thought to herself. If she could float up she could break the surface of the water, but that still wouldn't help. She could handle the cold if she went down farther, but the problem was they were both caught up in it as the jellyfish got closer all around them. She was debating on activating her powers she hadn't used in years.

Roy listened as he stared at the plain robotic arm in front of him "You made this? For me? Why?" he asked as he heard about the props that went along with it. He was quite impressed and glad it could make him look and feel normal again.

Volossi blinked a bit."hey....why not",she shrugged."so what are you waiting for,try it on",she said softly looking eager.She didn't want to say she wanted to do it because she was becoming attached to him.Nope,no way would she say that. Besides,he wasn't essactly her biggest fan yet."all that I ask in return is that you try and start smiling more",she said softly and then went to a couch and sat down .

Kaldur coud sence the jelly fish,and had tried to stop her but before she could they were in the middle of them.Not good.He got closer to her and sighed,a bit he would use his own poer to get them out of there,knowing that she would need air soon,he asked the jelly fish to clear a pth so they could leave in peace

[What is it with me and jellyfish?] she thought to herself underwater moving her body slowly into a faster spin sort of pace. Going down underneath them (the jellyfish) getting stung here and there. She then swam to the side and back up again not breaking the surface until she waved to him like saying [come on] as she swam to the top breaking the water. "Well that was fun, I just wish I would have remembered which season it was that they mated."

Roy put the robotic arm on his arm watching as it attached itself to his skin changing to his exact skin tone. He looked at his arm moving it to how his brain was processing it move. Trying to decide on the right words to say he finally decided on "Thank you" he smiled abit. Not because she wanted him to smile more, but because it felt like he was his old self again. "So if I need to get it fixed I should come back to you?" Roy asked walking over sitting down on the couch still looking at it. As if he would find some sort of imperfection, but figured he wouldn't.

Kaldur had followed her. Worried a bit when she had been stung here and there.Then once they broke the surface he looked her over."its my fault too,i should have known.are you alright,you were stung?",he asked as he started to swim back towards to shore.

Volossi blinked a bit watching him.She grinned at him smiling."your very welcome",she blinked as he sat down."yes if you need to get fixed ,i'll be the one you shoud see,though try not to break it ,okay?",she asked giving him another smile."so,are you hungry?by now you must be sick of hospital food"

"It's not your fault, I look after myself and only myself. It isn't the first time I've been stuck in the middle of a jellyfish swarm before." Ahni said looking over at him. "Besides, I should have remembered which season this was, and when they would mate. I already knew the location, but I let it slip from my mind." Ahni added in then swam back a bit slower this time with him. "Are you always like that?" it would take some time to get back, but she stopped floating on her back to stop him by grabbing his wrist close to his hand.

"Alright, well I'm not kid flash I'm sure I'll take great care of it" he said as his stomach grumbled answering for him "Yea, I am, what should we go out to get?" he wasn't sure if there was anything to eat here or if they should go out to eat which wouldn't bother him. He might have been gone for 8 years, but he still had money in his account.

Volossi couldn't help but laugh when his stomach answered for him."come on",she said shaking her head and headed for some stairs."apartments is upstairs,it does have a kitchen so I'll cook",she said stretching a bit ,hitting a button that turned on her very own security system. "there,just in case",she said calmly."any favorite kinds of food?",she asked as she opened the door to a rather large apartment.

Kaldur looked to her when she stopped him."so you don't think of others?",he said calmly."and mam I aleays like what?",he asked confused

"Not anything that comes to mind. Cheeseburgers or pasta doesn't take very long to do." Roy said he didn't mind whatever she felt like making though, this was her place, and he wasn't about to overstay his welcome. He watched what she did following her into another room up the stairs. Once there he took a glance at his surroundings. Never would know why you needed to understand where things were.

"Not particularly no. I tend to just focus on myself, no one's ever looked out for me, so I don't look out for anyone else. Guess it's just the way I was treated growing up in my time." Ahni spoke knowing she was treated like a freak in the pas t since no one understood her as her IQ as already strange as it was. "Feeling like you have to protect everyone? Like you're the parent or guardian of them that has to keep them safe. Then you don't feel so up to beat when you couldn't do anything?" she was analyzing how he reacted to something like that with someone he didn't know very well. She wondered if he felt like he couldn't protect anyone sometimes.

((alright,no worries and sorry for the late repky slept 2 hours yesterdy when i go home from work at 6:30am. then fell alseep at 7pm yesterday XD))

Volossi smiled a bit."well then i'll just make a bit of eveything",she said and pointed to teh table."take a seat",she said and started making some burgers, hot dogs, salad and backed potatos."I normaly dont have anyone to eat with so im gonna enjoy this while I can",she said softly as she focused on cooking.Fluffy in the mean time sat by Roys feet .

"thats unfortunate",Kaldur said, feeling bad for her but shook his head."in this time its different,people tend to look out for one another.No we cant hekp eveyone,and it hurts when you cant....but its still worth it",he laughed."pluse its our job to do so"
