Last Halloween, I wasn't home because of college but my mom told me that someone attacked our house and caused damage on some wood near our front door, so my plan this year is to just stay home and make sure my family is safe.

This reminds me though we live in a safe neighborhood that the Halloween spirit around here has greatly faded since my childhood. Fewer houses participate and those that do don't really put much into it, there are fewer trick-or-treaters and several years ago I noticed that one of the best houses in my area stopped their theatrics. It's quite sad.

My family however has an awesome get-up planned, we're gonna do some kind of projection in front of our porch to give our house fangs and make a graveyard of our lawn. Plus we have two dogs who bark like they're blood thirsty when the door is knocked on...though their asses are going out in the backyard during Trick-Or-Treating.

That sounds awesome! I also have 2 dogs that bark a lot, but our older girl gets scared easily nowadays, so we're just hoping no one knocks this year. But that's the only good thing is that we don't get trick-or-treaters anymore. Don't wanna deal with pesky wise-booty teenagers anyways.

BTW that's another thing, I know there are some laws in some states that say teenagers can't trick-or-treat anymore, think this should be allowed or should anybody trick-or-treat, no matter what their age?

Same deal, we have a female who has high anxiety issues that's why she barks.
I don't see why it's harmful for teenagers and adults to trick-or-treat, the origin of Trick-or-Treating as my 11th-grade bio teacher told anyway, is that it's collecting offerings for the dead. Isn't that something anyone can do?
