"Thank goodness we can speed walk." Artemis slid into her seat smiling slightly.

Tom gave a small laugh."yeah,it comes in handty",he said smirking a bit

Artemis studied him for a second wondering how she didn't notice his good looks before.

Tom started to take notes whe the clas started,then blinked as he felt eyes on him and looked to Artemis .

Artemis blushed and looked at the teacher fighting to get the blush off her face.

Tom grinned and then went back to taking notes

Artemis hurried to the next class grabbing extra homework for Ed and Luna.

Tom sighed as lunch time rolled around ,he sighed as he waited for Artemis then blinked as a sent caught him off guardhe looked down the hall at the jock frowning at a scent coming from him.Wolf and Vampire.A hybrind?He then nearly growled as a boy joined himhe reaked of Vampire.Not good.

Artemis slipped around the two boys waving to Tom a smile on her face. "There you are." she ignored the jock and his friend as she joined Tom.

Tom blinked out of his thoughts."yeah, where were you?",he said softly."Lunch is my treat today"

"Oh I had to use the girls room." Artemis shrugged then glared the jock who was eyeing them. "Butt face." she huffed and dragged him inside the cafeteria.

Tom laughed softly and let her drag him."looks like the but face made a friend"

"Isn't it sad? That poor guy must be dented in the mind." Artemis smirked as she got in line.

Tom laugh.'yeah,must be",he said shaking his ead.

"Are you sure you want to pay? I do have money." Artemis frowned a little at him.

Tom smiled."Im sure",he said handing her a tray.

"Alright." Artemis shrugged and piled her tray high with food.

Tom grinned doing the same

Artemis found them seats while he payed and dug in with a happily sigh.

Tom came over sitting down."looks good",he said eyeing the food hungrily.

"It is good." Artemis swallowed and gestured to his food. "Aren't you going to eat?"

Tom blinked."i am",he said taking a bite and started to eat happily."very good"

Artemis snorted "your weirdo you know that?" She spotted the jock and stuck her tongue out at him.

The jock blinked and just smirked,his buddy giving Artemis a wink.

Tom growled slightly at the two of them.
