Artemis glared at his friend and tossed her hair chin held high. "You know he was nice before but ever since Luna broke up with him he's been nothing but a jerk."

Tom nearly choked on his food."he was nice?",he blinked bit."well maybe he has a broken heart?",he sidjested

"Maybe but that's no reason to behave like an burrow." Artemis snorted. "They way he acts makes me never want to date a guy and I certainly won't attract Luna."

Tom blinked a bit."not all guys are like that",he said softly."and I don't think you have to worry about Luna being attracted to him again..."

"I know but know I have to worry about her falling for Ed...a much better choice for sure." Artemis chuckled softly.

Tom looked slghtly doubtful."Hmm i guess that's true...he's nice to her..."

"Don't you worry." Artemis smiled Luna had stayed with even after Ed had reveled he was like the monster who had killed her parents.

Tom blinked."i trust you,so if you say not to worry I wont",he grinned softly

"You have a lot of faith in someone you just meet." Artemis blushed softly. "Thanks for that."

Tom blinked but smiled."your very welcome"

Artemis stood when the bell rang. "I have different class from you now but I'll see you later." she smiled then slipped away returning her tray before she headed to class.

Tom smiled at her.'sounds good",he watched her go then put his tray back before heading off to class

As she headed for the class,the jocks freiend stepped out infront of her."well hello there",he said calmly

Artemis came to a stop and decided to be nice. "Hi." she smiled at him. "I would love to chat but the bell will ring so."

'so what?",he said smirking and went to her,knowing the halls were empty he suddenly pulled her into a janitor closest.

Artemis yelped and punched him. "Get off. Let me go!" she struggled against him glaring as she fought against him.

He only grined useing his foot to kick the door clsoed."you are gonna make a wonderful mate",he whispeered."but for now,I'll just settle for a taste",he said and pulled her to him,biting her neck

Rose gasped and paled struggling a little. "No get off! Help!" She desperately tried to push him away.

The boy gripped her tighter,then suddenly was puled off her and thrown out the window.

Tom stood there growling at the boy ,after he had thrown him out a window

Rose sank to the floor holding her neck tears racing down her cheeks.

Tom looked to Rose,then to the window.He would be back at any moment.Going to Rse he looked her over.Rose,i have to get you out of here"

Rose stared at him she was in shock and the loss of blood didn't help. "What is he?" She finally managed to squeak out.

Tom frowned his eyes becoming sad."vampiree",he said and quickly picked her up."try to stay awake and keep pressure on your neck"

"I'm trying. It really hurt." Rose hiccuped tears rolling down her cheeks.
