Rose nodded and climbed into the vehicle directing the driver to a small town about a hour away. Finally he told his to stop in front of a small house. It was off the main path and it's only neighbor's where hug for trees. A older man was standing in the garden frowning at the car. "Grandpa!" she leaped out of the car catching the man by surprise. He grinned though and caught her in a fierce hug. "My Rosebud what are you..." he noticed Kaname and pushed Rose behind him glaring at him.

Kaname blinked a bit and gave a bow."hello dir",he said softly

"What is a vampire doing here...a noble vampire at that." Her grandfather didn't relax his stance. "Dad be nice." A middle aged woman looking very much like Rose. "My lord Kaname it is an honor." she bowed to him. "Do not bow to vampires Adele." the man snarled. "Oh dad surely you can make it threw one day without being mean to a vampire? Adele sighed. She spotted Rose and her face fell "Oh...you found out the truth."

Kaname smiled."its nice to meet you",he then blinked and frowned."she found out when a vampire attacked her at school",he said softly

"Oh my poor baby." Her mother checked her over but Rose stepped away. "Why did you never tell me?" "Tell her what?" Her grandfather frowned. "You must understand Rose I was trying to protect you. You know how hunters can get. When your father left me after I told him I was with child I could go to the vampires. I had no other choice." Adele frowned. "But you did mom. You could have told me years ago!" Rose insisted or at least told me the truth about your friend who runs that restaurant!"

Kaname frowned but stayed quite not wanting to interfier to much

"Rose." Adele started. "No! No more lies...tell me the truth!" Rose frowned. "Alright. I feel in love with a aristocrat vampire. After a few years of being together we wound up having you. When I told him he left me.'' Adele frowned. "You had a half vampire baby!" Her father snarled.

Kaname looked to them."what was his name?",he asked softly

"Leon." Adele said with a sigh. "Leon Ulrich." she shrugged. "I never knew where his home was for all I know he was just a visiting vampire. What does it matter know? The past is the past."

"he may be able to answer some questions",Kaname said softly."i can have the senate track him down"

"What would it help?" Adele sighed. "What could he tell us that I didn't know?"

Kaname frownd."he may have hidden other things from you",he said sadly

"Like what?" Adele asked worried. "Like the fact that I'm going to kill him when we find him." her father said evenly eyeing Rose with a slightly disgusted look.

Kaname shot a glare at her grandfather."its up to Rose ,if she wants to find him.....then i'll help,eather you two want to or not"

"What could he tell us?" Rose asked blinking a little.

Kaname shrugged."anything,there may be more to it then either of you know"

"Alright lets have him found then." Rose nodded slipping her hand into her mothers. "She has to be brought as well." Adele smiled at her.

Kaname nodded."Illl get the senete looking right away"

Adele took Rose inside and they talk for a while about her father, why she needed to hide the truth and why Rose could hold a hunters weapon. Her grandfather vanished into the house without a backward look.

Kaname frowned after the grandfather,knowing how some people could get after a discovery like this.But kept his distance so Rose and Adele could talk.

After a while they hugged and Rose headed over to Kaname. "Lets go back." she looked both happy and exhausted.

Kaname smiled to her."you sure?",he asked as he opened the car door for her

"I'm so tired I cant see straight." Rose shrugged. "plus grandfather hates me." she slid into the car with a yawn.

Kaname got in and frowned."give him some time love"

Rose shrugged a little. "I will but who knows if he'll stop." she buried her head into his chest. "Good think we didn't say we where a couple. He may have just shot you."
