Steve raised an eyebrow. "Peggy and I never had sex." He said. "We never had the chance. We never even kissed..." He shook his head. "But it doesn't matter. I am with you now, and no one else."

"Well good." Cress nodded taking his hand blushing. "You better not leave me." she kissed him gentle.

"I'll do my absolute best not to." Steve replied before being kissed.

Cress pulled him close. "If you leave me I'll toast you." she grinned and let Aurora have control again. "She really is cute when she's jealous." Aurora grinned.

Steve managed a chuckle. "I agree. She reminds me of an angry kitten." He said.

'That would be the grumpiest cat ever." Aurora blinked picturing what Cress and her would look like as a kitten. "Just remember this kitten still has claws." Cress snapped.

"I'll keep that in mind." Steve said, hugging her. "Thank you for being here with me. You've helped me so much..."

"Your welcome." Aurora blushed and hugged him back taking a deep breath. "I really am sorry you lost her." For once Cress stayed silent letting him grieve.

Steve nodded. "Me too. But...she's free now. Free of old age and health problems and pain. At least...I'm just glad I got to see her again. Say goodbye." He sighed. "Once again, she's moving along without me. Maybe it's time for me to move on, too."

"You should." Cress nodded. "But you should take some time to grieve." Aurora smiled. "But not to much time." Cress warned. "Lets go to the hotel." Aurora took his hand.

Steve nodded, squeezing her hand lightly.

Aurora gentle lead him back and settled him onto the couch. "Relax and take deep breaths." she undid his tie and took off his shoes. 'You've had a long day my love."

Steve looked up at her tiredly. "Thanks." He said. "You should take a rest, too. It's been a long day for everyone."

"I'm fine." Aurora settled against him. "I'm going to sign, someone has to keep Tony in line."

Steve sighed. "I had a feeling you would. I'm trusting you to keep an eye on him." He looked at her. "You understand why I can't, right?"

'I know love." Aurora gave him a soft kiss then turned on the t.v. "Oh boy." The news was talking about the bomb again only they know knew who might have done it one James Buchanan Barnes.

Steve went pale as the news report went on. "Aurora..." His voice was shaky. "Please don't be mad at me. I have to find him." He looked at her with a haunted expression.

"So do I." Aurora glanced at him. "You'll have to bring him in Steve. Whether you think he did this or not."
|
Steve shook his head. "They'll kill him, Aurora. At the very least, I have to be the one to get to him first. At least if I do that, there's a chance I can talk him down. Keep any massive fights from happening. There's a chance I can convince them to give him a fair trial."

"I'll talk to Tony. If he's on your side things will be easier." Aurora sighed and got on the phone after a few moments she hung up. "I know where he is. Bring him to the FBI prison and I'll keep him safe."

Steve nodded, looking relieved. He grabbed Aurora and kissed her, then he was off. "Thank you, I'll be back soon!" He called as he left.

"Yeah." Aurora sighed and headed back home preparing for Steve to return with Bucky.
Tony joined her having heard the news. |
Gemini joined them as well, but she wouldn't be staying long. "I'm going after Steve." She announced. "He's likely to do something stupid if someone doesn't keep an eye on him. Since you're here, Aurora, I'll have to do that job. I'll make sure he actually comes back."

"Oh." Jealousy crossed Aurora's face and she quickly looked away. "Tell him I love him."
Tony gave her a deep kiss. "Be careful." |
"I will." She said, kissing him back. She turned to Aurora. "Listen, I'm not exactly thrilled with this arrangement, either. I don't want to leave my boyfriend with someone he has a history with." She said bluntly. "But I trust you both, and I'm trusting you to keep him out of trouble. I hope you can trust me to do the same with Steve. You have to know I don't have any designs on him."
