Garrett stared wide eyed at the holograms who he assumed were his parents. "Mother...father.." he whispered and listened in shock at what his mother was saying and at the screams. She had his memory wiped so that he wouldn't remember such horrors...he understood that she did it with good intentions. All parents ever wanted to do was protect their children but sometimes they didn't so so in the best of ways. "Well he is alive mother you don't have to worry. He is fine. He probably did better than me growing up but I'm glad." Garrett said and quickly wiped his tears away. His mother wouldn't want him to cry.

So Kitty was his even as a child? That's probably why they bonded so quickly, it seemed like the only logical answer he had. He wouldn't stop crying until Kitty was with him? He'd have to put that to the test later on, but right now Kitty needed her rest. "I'll find her...we'll find her I promise. I also promise not to allow baby brother Rook to smoke." Garrett said quietly and continued crying when the hologram ended. So he was right, his parents were long gone. This was where he was supposed to live but he was sent down to earth instead and now he was back here. His life went in a complete circle and now he had promises to keep. Right now though he just needed to cry and try to calm himself down.

Oreius felt terrible as he gently put his hands on his Master knowing that Garrett needed his time. It was a lot of new to take in but he had a feeling that Garrett was special. " Master I know you have had a rough life up to this point but I promise to never leave your side for long. I would bet that your mother saved your memories and placed them in the house here she spoke of. We could gain back your memories but Kitties will be a different story. Even if we found her core would you want to curse her with memories of dying and having to watch her father die over and over again. Just as I am hesitant to suggest you claim your own memories. I'm afraid it would make this only harder. So little Rook is your brother this day just keeps getting more interesting. I wonder if the feather that was given to me would help find the young Summoner here. " Oreius said as he stood somberly beside Garrett not sure what he could do for his Master to help him.

Rook ran as fast as he could trying to find Garrett he screamed out as he hit a invisible wall suddenly at full speed. He was thrown back as he laid on the ground in pain. He looked up as suddenly a whole new part of the city appeared before him. He was even more impressed as he stared at the new part of the city. It looked untouched and so beautiful. He saw a massive tower that stood like a beacon towing in to the sky. It was very regal looking and hard to miss. Everything below it was regal looking and there where statues of a lovely women bird hybrid. He had a feeling she was important. He stared at the statues that stood guard to the new part of the city almost thinking he had seen them before. He slowly got up as he walked over to them and gently reached out finding that the wall had vanished. He was able to touch the statues. He saw that they where made of precious stone and metals. He knelt down as he read the writing in the stone between the two statues. " Here is the home of Aura the Queen of Summoners. Go with peace and may she bless you. Only a pure heart may enter the halls of the Queen." Rook read as he looked up at the statues. " So this is what Queen Aura looks like she is beautiful."

Garrett listened to Oreius and frowned. He had a good point, it wouldn't be kind to let her relive those cruel memories that would only haunt her forever if she found out. His own memories...it would really make things harder to accept. A lot harder. "Y-you're right Oreius." Garrett said quietly as he wiped away his tears. He didn't want Rook or Kitty to see him in his most vulnerable state. "Thank-you..." he started. He didn't want Oreius to ever leave, he had grown to respect and admire him in the short time he knew him. "I don't think we should get her the memories back..and I don't want my old memories either. What I just saw is more than enough for me." Garrett explained. "I would like to see my home though, just to see what was left for us there." He added and smiled sadly. "Yes, it would appear he is my younger brother. My mother said we need to find Aura's daughter and give her the feather...so we should try to do that now." Garrett answered.

Aria woke up but she didn't know how to get out of where she was. Her Gray eyes looked around the dark room. Aria cried out wondering if maybe someone could hear her but she was probably all alone. Eggshell pieces were scattered all around her as she managed to stand up and ruffle her feathers. "Where am I?" she asked herself.

Lady Chello 01-21-2016 11:35 AM

Rook stood as he heard sounds he thought coming from the tower. He knew he needed to find Garrett but someone else sounded like they needed help. " Lor I summon thee!" He said as Lor suddenly appeared before him looking at him. " Please go find Garrett and the others and make sure they are alright." He said as Lor simply nodded and vanished. He himself started running to the tower. He ran as fast as he could as he heard the voice now. He stared at the large tower that he was no in front of not sure where the voice was coming from in the tower. "HELLO?" He screamed as he slowly walked into the tower. He was amazed as he saw how beautiful the inside was. It was a home and it was breath taking. He looked seeing straight up the tower and noticed it was designed for a being with wings. There where stairs but they didn't go all the way up. The only way to get up to the higher levels was to fly.

Rook leaped into the air as he soared upwards he noticed that the feather started to glow again. The further up he flew it glowed brighter. Rook paused as he saw what looked to the be a large room. He had noticed that for some reason it was hidden up high where people couldn't reach it. He had a feeling that the only reason he could see it was because of the feather. He reach out his hand as he felt a magical barrier. He slowly went through it thanks to the feather as he saw it was a entire different area of the tower. He looked around as he noticed that there was a long hallway that lead to a terrace where a white marble tower with a golden dome stood. He noticed that there where waterfalls all around it and nothing but nature in all it's beauty there where flowers every where. The place looked enchanted. He had a feeling that the magical barrier was there to protect this place. He slowly made his way to the white tower as the feather in his hand suddenly grew extremely bright and shot from his hand to the large doors of the tower. The feather suddenly touched the door as liquid gold poured out from the tower making strange designs the doors suddenly burst open as light flooded the tower.

"Hello?" Rook said as he slowly made his way into the tower the feather guiding him inside. He noticed it had been extremely dark inside. He looked down as he heard a crunch sound seeing what looked like a gold egg shell. He felt fear wondering if something was in here with him. " Hello? " He said again wishing Mora was with him. Suddenly the feather turned into a beautiful women.

Aura stood in the entrance of the tower as she looked at Rook. " I am Aura once Queen here. Thank you both for awaking my daughter. Please take her from here." Aura said as she turned and spoke in a lovely voice. " Aria my love where are you?" She said as she moved and soon found her daughter. She smiled softly as she stared at the lovely young women. " Don't be afraid my beautiful angel. I am your mother Aura. I am sorry we had to meet like this. I'm sorry I missed so much time with you. I want you to know I love you and I want you to be happy. I only expect you to find your happiness." Aura said as her light started to fade. " I'm afraid there isn't much time. I saved the last of my power in one feather so when the time came I could lead someone to help you. Take my feather and you will gain all my memories and yours my little one." Aura said as she apparel before Aria the entire room glowing with light as Aura put her forehead to Aria's and then smiled as she suddenly vanished inside of Aria. The golden light now came from Aria. Aura had faded away leaving just her memories and what was left of her power to her daughter.

Lor moved quickly as he tried to find Garrett and the others. He found it odd how empty the place was. He felt for some reason as if he knew this place. He paused as he saw Garrett and Oreius. " Master Garrett, Rook has been looking for you he was worried about your safty." Lor said as he ran toward the pair.

Evergreen Goddess 01-21-2016 09:04 PM

"It's so dark...I can't see anything." Aria said to herself and took a few steps, hearing more eggshell pieces breaking beneath her feet. It felt odd to walk after being in that egg for so long, but how long exactly? She didn't know. Just then, she heard her name be called and she gasped, "I'm here!" she called back and frowned when a woman appeared with a young man close behind. This woman was her mother? Well, she did see the resemblance. "Mommy?" she repeated and smiled warmly then approached Aura and the man slowly. "I love you too mommy." she answered and listened to her mother speak. Her mother had such a beautiful voice, it was soothing. Nodding, Aria took the feather and smiled happily at her mother as she watched her vanish. The room was filled with golden light now and she could better see the man that stood there in front of her. "H-hello, you're the one mommy sent to help me?" she asked and grinned. Finally she wasn't alone in the dark.

Garrett looked up when he heard Lor and quickly made sure he didn't have any tears in his eyes. "Sorry, I didn't mean to worry him. I'm...I'm okay. Just surprised at all of this." he said and looked around at the beautiful place. "It must have taken a while to get this place built like this. There is so much attention to detail." Garret informed and then looked back at Lor. "Where is Rook anyway? Is he alright?" Garrett asked.

Lady Chello 01-22-2016 02:38 AM

Rook stared at the lovely Summoner a little confused as he smiled at her. " So you are Aria? I am Rook and I guess so. You look so tired are you ok?" Rook asked as he stared at Aria he was confused by all of this. But he was worried about Aria no one should be alone. He looked around the tower as he saw the egg shell about the tower and looked back at her. She was fully grown how long has see been in here. It made him feel sad as he walked over to her and held out his hand to hear. "Why don't we get out of here and show you your home. Don't worry I promise you wont be alone anymore. There is another human like me here he is kind I promise. We came here not expecting to find anything or anyone. But I'm glad I was able to find you. I think it's time you see the outside world." Rook said softly to her.

Lor looked at Garrett for a moment as he was going to ask if something was wrong. He was suddenly surprised as Oreius moved in front of Garrett and looked at him guarding Garrett. Lor was surprised as Oreius asked for a few moments alone with his master. Lor bowed and walked off and waited for them. He watched from his spot some yards away as he realized something must have upset Garrett here. He smiled softly as he saw how Oreius stood guard remembering how he felt when Rook was upset. It was nice to see how caring Oreius was for his master. Lor turned as he felt something like a strong power surge go through the place. He turned as he saw a bright light coming from the tower where he had last saw Rook.
"ROOK!" He yelled as he bolted forward without thinking. He didn't feel his master was in any danger however the suddenly glowing tower rose flags in Lor's mind.

Oreius stood guard as he looked to Garrett, "are you alright master? " He asked as he turned his head hearing Lor scream. He felt the power surge as he saw a glowing tower that hadn't been viable before. " Master look at the tower it wasn't visible before and now it's glowing. " Oreius said as he held out his hand to Garrett. " Master climb on I can get us there faster Rook may be in danger. "

Evergreen Goddess 01-22-2016 02:56 AM

Aria smiled, "Yes I am. It is nice to meet you Rook. I am happy to finally see someone else here." she said. She could sense something special about Rook, she didn't want to leave his side, she wanted to stay with him always. Since he was the first actual person she saw here, she quickly grew attached. "I look tired?" she repeated and looked down at her legs, "I have been sleeping until today when I finally woke up." Aria answered and looked down at the eggshell pieces scattered all over the floor. "I guess...I guess I am a little tired I'm sorry." she said and stared at his hand when Rook held it out to her. She trusted him though, her mother sent him here and her mother would never send someone who would harm her. Aria reached out and took his hand, nodding. "That sounds like fun. I wonder what it looks like, I bet it is beautiful right?" she asked and smiled happily, she was happy that he had promised she wouldn't be alone anymore.

Garrett blinked as he watched Lor suddenly run off. "H-hey!" he called out and sighed. His attention turned to Oreius where he smiled sadly and nodded. "I'm feeling a little better now that I got those tears out of my system." Garrett admitted and looked over at the glowing tower which wasn't there before. That made him worry and he quickly nodded as climbed on Oreius. "Yes let's hurry!" he agreed, he hoped that Rook was okay but he didn't have Lor with him at the moment so he was completely vulnerable.

Lady Chello 01-22-2016 04:16 AM

Rook smiled as he gently lead Aria out of the tower. He smiled as he saw the beautiful outside of the white tower. The beauty was breath taking. He spoke very softly to Aria. " Please follow me and I'll lead you to the real tower and show you the rest of the outside of the city here." He said as he moved slowly and surprised as he saw the inside of the tower now in all it's splendor the magic barrier was gone. He used his power as he helped Aria float down safely to the floor of the tower. The doors where still wide open as he gently lead her outside to see Lor running towards them. " Oh I guess Lor got worried." He said as he smiled and looked to Aria. " This is the city that your mother ruled and help build. This is Aura and I'm sorry for using my powers on you without a warning. Please forgive me. I figured you haven't learned to fly yet and I didn't want you to harm yourself trying to get down the tower." He said softly as he smiled warmly at her.

Lor was surprised as he found Rook standing holding another Summoner's hand. He stared at the young summoner and was surprised to see one. He could tell that she was good and relaxed and he came to a stop and bowed before her respectfully. " I am Lor it's a pleasure to meet you." He said very kindly to Aria. " I'm sorry I worried that Rook was in trouble please forgive me if I startled you or alarmed you." He said as he looked to Rook happy to see that he was alright.

Oreius ran managing to reach the tower in a matter of seconds as he came to a stop seeing Rook standing just outside the glowing tower with a young Summoner. He slowly approached as he looked at the statues coming in and then at the young girl. " It would seem that Master Rook has found Aura's daughter. The statues on the way in are replicas of her and look even here there are statues of her the young Summoner has her mother's looks. There is no doubt she is Aura's daughter. So it would look like we have found the one we where suppose to or Master Rook has. " Oreius said softly almost laughing as he watched how the young Summoner looked at Rook. " If I didn't know better I swear they where bonded and more than master and Summoner."

Evergreen Goddess 01-22-2016 05:47 AM

Aria walked beside Rook carefully, her grey eyes looking around curiously. When they got outside, she flinched slightly at the bright sunlight but her eyes quickly adjusted to it. "Oh my!" she gasped as she looked at the beautiful view that surrounded the large tower. Aria listened to Rook, she trusted him but when she saw how high they were, she worried on how they would get down? She didn't exactly get any flying done since she had just woken up but before she could speak, Rook seemed to have the power of flight and got them down safely. This surprised Aria, but she smiled warmly and noticed a figure quickly approaching them. "Oh?" she said and looked back at Rook. "It is?" she asked and shook her head. "It is okay, you were correct in your assumption so I am happy that you did this." she answered softly, her hand still holding onto his.

Aria looked at the figure in front of them, another summoner it looked like. It was hard to stand upright without her legs trembling but she was sure they'd get strong soon...they had to. "H-hello. My name is Aria, it is very nice to meet you too mister Lor." Aria greeted kindly and smiled. "Rook is safe, he is the one my mommy sent to help me." Aria answered happily.

Garrett stared at Rook and the summoner who was with him. "He's safe..." he whispered and wondered who that summoner was. Oreius answered his question though, this was the summoner that was talked about, the one that was hidden here. Rook seemed to have found her before he did though. "So that is Aura's daughter?" Garrett asked and smiled as he hopped off and stood beside Oreius, his eyes on both Rook and the summoner. "You found her Rook!" he said with a smile and blinked at the comment Oreius made. "What do you mean Oreius?" Garrett asked.

Lady Chello 01-22-2016 06:17 AM

Lor bowed once again as he looked up seeing Oreius and Garrett. He smiled as he looked to his own master. " I'm glad you are safe I was worried. Please don't do that again." Lor said as he walked over to his master's side. He heard what Oreius said as he smiled and laughed himself. " She looks weak from using her legs. Maybe we should all find some place for the night and let her rest while we catch up." Lor said as he looked to Oreius.

Oreius nodded hearing Lor. " I agree with Lor. We have all had a long day and there are some things we should all go over don't you think Master Garrett." He said looking to his own master trying to hint that maybe it would be wise to tell Rook the truth about what they had learned and maybe even the little Summoner.

Evergreen Goddess 01-22-2016 06:28 AM

Aria gasped and frowned as she looked down at her feet. "I am sorry, I didn't mean to get Rook in any trouble." she apologized and hoped that they weren't upset with Rook or with her. She was tired and rest sounded nice even though she had been sleeping for who knew how long. She wasn't sleepy though, just tired.

Garrett nodded, "Yes..there are things that need to be said and we all need to be sitting for these things because they are important. Things that I never knew until now and we all deserve to know." he agreed and wondered if Kitty should be present to hear this but decided it would be best for her to continue resting. He would talk with her about it at another time if he thought it was wise.

Lady Chello 01-22-2016 07:32 AM

Rook looked to Aria as he laughed softly smiling. " Aria there is nothing to be sorry for. Besides don't worry if you get to tired let me know I can use my power to help take the weight off your legs until you learn to stand on them. Even you said you have been asleep for a very long time so don't worry. Besides Garrett and I will take care of you." He said warmly to her as he looked to Garrett and Oreius. " You two look like someone took your best friend from you. What happen? You know from your looks maybe it's better that Aria and I don't know." He said as he looked at Aria. " I wonder where we should go. Aria why don't you chose a building for us to rest in. "

Evergreen Goddess 01-22-2016 08:08 AM

Garrett glared at Rook, "This isn't something funny Rook!" he said and frowned as he looked down at his own feet and balled up his hands into fists as tears formed once again in his eyes. "This is something you need to know, and I know you won't believe me and that's fine by me." Garrett started and turned away from Rook. "I'll tell you some other time I guess." he said and walked over to a large pillar. Sitting down, he leaned back against it and hugged his knees to his chest, burying his face into his arms and trying to relax.

Aria looked up at Garrett and wondered what was wrong with him but smiled at Rook. "Ah...yes. I have been sleeping for a very long time. I am not sure how long it will take for my legs to adjust but I hope it doesn't take too long. I would not want to be a burden." Aria explained kindly and looked over at Garrett then looked back at Rook. He hoped his friend would be okay, he seemed upset about something and she wondered what. "Oh...a building?" she asked and looked around. Aria didn't know the layout of this place but she pointed over to a tall square building that had gold details on it. "Perhaps we can rest over there?" she suggested quietly.

Lady Chello 01-22-2016 08:28 AM

Rook was surprised by Garretts sudden outburst as he narrowed his eyes and was about to put Garrett in his place. However he caught himself and closed his eyes as he calmed down before speaking. " I don't know what happen to you but if you want to talk we can talk. However blowing up on people for no reason isn't helping your cause. Aria and I have done nothing to you and don't deserve your wrath because you are upset over something. Let's at least get Aria to that building so she can rest and so can we. If you want to talk then it's fine. I am not being cross with you. However even upset you don't have the right to lash out at others who have done nothing to you. I am very concerned about you. I don't know you well but I know enough to know your hurting. "

Evergreen Goddess 01-22-2016 09:05 AM

Garrett listened to Rook and looked at him while he wiped away the tears from his face. "I'm...sorry. I'm not mad at any of you...I'm just hurting. Maybe I'm hurting more than I should be. Maybe I'm being dramatic...I don't know." Garret said quietly and looked at Oreius. "Oreius, c-could you go with them and m-make sure they're okay. I...I'll be there in a bit I just need to try something." he explained and looked down at the necklace with kitty's jewel on it. Maybe she would help him relax. His mother said she was the only way he would stop crying, and he needed that help right now. "Summon Kitty..." he said quietly and focused on steadying his breathing. Quickly, Garrett reached into his pocket and pulled out a box of cigarettes but when he opened it, he found that it was empty. "Well mother, I won't be smoking for a while.." he whispered.

Lady Chello 01-22-2016 06:12 PM

Oreius bowed respectfully as he turned and followed the others. He made sure to enter the building first along with Lor to ensure that it was safe. He was almost certain that it was but to put his mind at ease and Lor's he did so. He found that the inside of the house was even larger than it appeared on the outside. The house was made up of a rolling building that housed over seven rooms a large kitchen and family room. Outside was a massive guardian with a natural lake and stream. There was water fall and small clefts it was almost a world of it's own. He was honestly impressed with this place. He had been here once long ago and was just as impressed now as he was then. Everything was beautiful it was just missing the people and summoner's who called it home.

Rook looked at Garrett as he felt really bad. " Garrett....." He felt torn but wanted to help Garrett he didn't like seeing anyone hurt. He turned as he looked to Aria gently leading her to the building she had pointed. Out he let Lor and Oreius go ahead of them and check it out. " Aria don't worry I promise I'll talk with Garrett later and sort things out. I'm sorry that I went off on him. Maybe I shouldn't have said what I did. However I'm wasn't wrong he shouldn't lash out even if he is hurt. I honestly am puzzled though. I can't think of any reason here for him to be upset other than maybe he and Kitty got into it." He said as he thought hard on what could have up set Garrett. " Or maybe he is missing his home. We only just got here a day ago. But a lot has happen to him in a short amount of time. It could just be stress. " He said as he lead the way into the large building. He was surprised when they entered seeing how big it was. " Oh it's massive." He said honestly impressed with it.

Kat stretched as she yawned appeared in front of Garrett trying to wake up. She turned as she looked down seeing Garrett was obviously upset. Kat stared at him for a moment before she walked to his side and sat down beside him wrapping her arms around him and simply holding him. She held him close to her and softly rubbed his back still holding him. Kat thought about the times she had been upset and how the Masters had helped her. Her favorite was a elder man who treated her like his own daughter. When she was upset he didn't ask her why he just held her and it always made her feel better. She normally cried until she couldn't cry anymore then she would tell him what had upset her. He always listen then and then talked it through with her. She remembered what he had taught her as she tried to do the same for Garrett. Kat held him close as she hummed a melody she had known since she could remember. Every time she sung it for some reason it made her feel happy and safe.

Evergreen Goddess 01-22-2016 11:16 PM

Aria walked with Rook to the building she had suggested and listened to Rook. "He is scary. Is he always like this?" she asked him and frowned. "I wonder what is wrong, what could be troubling him?" Aria asked and looked around when they were inside the large building. "Kitty?" she repeated and wondered who Kitty was. Aria smiled and nodded as she looked at the large building. "It is. So many people could live here maybe." Aria said and looked up at the ceiling then at the beautiful decor. Aria led Rook out to the garden where she gasped and stared at the large water fountain. "It's beautiful!" she said happily.

Garrett felt Kitty wrap her arms around him and felt horrible. He really didn't want her to see him at his most weakest point but he really just needed someone to comfort him and he didn't think he could ever ask Rook or anyone else. Kitty had always been there with him apparently, and so he wanted it to stay that way. He hated crying, but he always did feel better after he was done. Garrett wiped away his tears once he had actually stopped crying, his mother was right about she said. Kitty's company really did get him to stop crying, and he smiled at the thought. "Sorry..." he whispered.

Lady Chello 01-22-2016 11:25 PM

Kat looked at Garrett as she held him softly. " For what you have done nothing wrong. It's part of being alive to get upset sometimes. I'm sorry that you got upset though. Don't worry I will always be here for you. You don't have to explain anything to me if you don't want to. I still think your awesome. " She said as she smiled warmly at him. Kat just sat there as she moved his hair from his face. " You know you really are handsome. I need to fix this hair to give you back your signature look." She said as she let go of him and started to fix his hair. After a few moments she had fixed his hair back. " There now you can be your handsome self. Don't worry I wont tell anyone your secret that your human." She said giving him a playful wink. " I know you have a reputation uphold as a cool guy." She said playing with him and trying to make him laugh and smile.

Evergreen Goddess 01-23-2016 01:27 AM

Kitty was right, there was nothing wrong with crying. "I...I will explain soon I promise because everyone deserves to know this." Garrett said softly and looked at her. She was being nice, and even though he was happy to see that, he also wondered what had made her change from the Kitty that constantly wanted to hurt him to the now all caring Kitty? Perhaps it was best not to ask though. He was sure she was still the mean Kitty he first met back on earth. "Thank-you." he said and blushed softly at her comment. Handsome? Well he didn't think he was ugly but he didn't really call himself handsome. He was average, or so he thought. Garrett was still as he let her fix his hair, he laughed softly at what she said. "Thank-you Kitty, I do have that reputation don't I?" he agreed and smiled as he hugged her. "Thank-you for being here for me. I really appreciate it." he said honestly.

Lady Chello 01-23-2016 07:23 AM

Kat grinned as she gave him a playful wink. " Don't get use to this buster remember I have a reputation to uphold as well." She said as she suddenly noticed they weren't where they had been. " Wait where are we?" She asked as she was amazed with the beauty that she saw everywhere. " It so beautiful and peaceful." She said as her smile started to fade. Kat came to the realization that it was to peaceful and to beautiful. " Where are the people and Summoners? This place looks like it hasn't been touched. It feel more like a tomb with how pristine it is. There aren't any living beings here besides us are there?" She asked as she knelt down and touched the ground as a red waved went through the ground. She rose as she frowned more looking to Garrett. " No I'm right besides our group there are no others here. It's so beautiful but it's quit disturbing. Such a beautiful place should have life. The absence of life is highly disturbing. There should be a bustling population here. I must say I don't care for this place. It's beautiful but I can tell there was much sadness here. This place was abandon it feels like in a hurry. I felt people's fears and the need to escape. They built this for the ones they left behind. " She said as she looked to Garrett. " I'm sorry I have a strong feeling that might be why your upset. I can't explain why but I have a feeling this place is the reason your sad. If you want then we can leave"

Rook smiled as looked to Aria. "It is beautiful." He said as he looked at the water. " Everything there is beautiful and looks like a paradise. It make me feel a little guilty being here. So many have lost their lives else where in this world and here we are in a ventral paradise. " He said as he looked to Aria. " Why don't you rest here and I'll see what kind of food I can find. I have a feeling that there is plenty here. From the look of this vast place I'd say every need any person or Summoner could have has been taken into thought and cared for."

Evergreen Goddess 01-23-2016 08:38 AM

Garrett chuckled and nodded, "Yes I know. I was wondering where that Kitty had gone to." he admitted. When she asked where they were, he yawned softly. "We are in the aerial city of Aura." Garrett answered. "I agree, it's very beautiful and peaceful here." he agreed and frowned. "W-well..." he started and wasn't sure if he should tell her. after a while of silence, he sighed. "Yes everyone is dead. Rook and the others are in that square building over there." Garrett explained and pointed over to a large square building. "This place...my parents lived here." he started and went ahead and told her everything except the part of her father dying for her. He didn't think it would be wise to tell her, but he'd have to talk about that with Oreius just to be sure he didn't mess up. "I don't want to leave until I visit my parents' house here." Garrett explained.

Aria looked at Rook, "So much has happened here I know. It's beauty disguises the tragedy that has happened here....but I think it will do no good to linger on the past. Mommy said she wanted me to be happy and I cannot be happy if you are not happy Rook." Aria said to him. When Rook suggested leaving her there to go get food, she frowned and shook her head. "You promised I would not be alone anymore but you are leaving?" she asked and looked down at her feet. "Will you be gone for a long time?" Aria asked and looked at him.

Rook froze hearing her as he turned and looked at her. "I'm sorry your right I did promise. Let's find somewhere to rest and we'll wait on the others before we looked for food if that is alright. I did promised not to leave you." He said as he smiled to her holding her hand once again. " Really? Tragedy it look so peaceful. Looking at it nothing is out of place. It's odd honestly if something bad did happen here why aren't there any signs. I wonder what happen here. Oh well as you said we shouldn't focus on the past. " He said as he smiled at her. " Your mother is wise and we should listen to her."

Kat froze as she took in everything Garrett said. She gently put a hand on his arm as she thought before she spoke to him again. " We can defiantly do that. Hey you aren't alone here any more you have me and Oreius we are both on your side. Maybe you should wait until you visit the house and have some time alone before you talk with Rook. I believe he should know. Every person has the right to know about their past. It might be hard but it's better to know the truth than to be lied to or to live a lie. At some point the truth will come out. However for now I think it can wait until your able to accept everything. This is a lot for any being to take. No wonder your upset. Maybe we should find the house and stay there. At lest it would give you some since that your parents are here for you. I know it may be hard for you but at lest you know your parents cared for you and you weren't threw away. However I'm sure it was really hard on you growing up not knowing. But it sounds like it was even harder on your mother to give you up. From the sounds of it Rook may have been suppose to go with you but something happen and he ended up here. I can kind of see you two as brothers but I'm lucky I got the cool one. " She said as she grinned softly.

Aria listened to Rook and nodded. "We can rest inside and wait for your friends to return. I am sure they will be back very soon." she said and nodded at what he said. "Yes! Mommy is very smart and would not want us to be sad anymore. We must be happy and help people who need it. We need to protect others and keep them happy." Aria said and started to walk with him back inside the house. She looked around wondering where they could rest but she just needed to rest her legs so any place would be fine.

Garrett listened to Kitty and nodded, "I do plan on telling Rook but I think I will tell him tomorrow. I would love to go to the house but I promised I'd be there with them, so I think my parents' house will have to wait until tomorrow. Then after that I will tell Rook. He does deserve to know...although I have a feeling he'll have a hard time believing me." Garrett answered and sighed as he looked around at the beautiful scenery. "Yes, it's not wise to lie to people, the truth hurts but lies hurt even more." he agreed. His eyes landed on Kitty again and he gave her a small smile, "I only want to go to that house to pick up what they left for me. You know, I was used to being alone. I always thought that my parents didn't want me and left me behind. I accepted that lie thinking it was the truth and even though it hurt, I didn't show it there. I only showed the hurt I felt now because now I know the truth. I know now my parents loved me so much that they sent me there to keep me safe. I just wish they could have come along with me but I know that not everything is possible, and as mean as it may seem, I wouldn't have my life go any other way. I am who I am because of all this. I became hardened I guess you could say." Garrett explained. "Yes it must have been extremely hard on my mother. I now wonder if Rook's childhood was better than mine...was it more comfortable? Him being the younger one, I sure hope he had it easy growing up." he said and laughed at what Kitty said. "That's right, you got the cool one." he said and playfully stuck out his tongue at her.

Kat smiled as she looked to Garrett and laughed softly. " Oh really mature there." She said as she shook her head and laughed again." I agree with you and it is hard learning the truth sometimes. But honestly for what little I do know of you I'm starting to like you just the way you are. Besides there can only be one diva in this group and that role is already taken. Two of us wouldn't work so I'm happy with you just as you are. I hate to imagine how annoying you would be if you had been raised here. I'd probably would beat the crap out of you for just breathing if you had grown up here. I mean you would think you where some kind of God or something if you had grown up here. It would irk me more than this form of you did." She said playing with trying to make him laugh a little as she put her hand on her waist and sighed. " You really are trying sometimes. " She said as she turned and grinned at him. " Well I believe we should head back to check on the others. Besides I have a feeling if we don't Lor is going to think I killed you. And honestly I don't feel like putting up with him today. " She said trying to act tough. She wasn't ready to admit she had grown to respect Lor and Oreius. " Don't think because I'm closer to you now I'm going to listen to you in battle. Your still not cool enough to be my master." She said grinning as she started to walk off playing with him.

Garrett listened to Kitty and smiled at her words. It was nice of her to say that to him, and he wondered if she was just saying that to make him feel better but he didn't mind it right now. Besides, Kitty didn't look like the kind of person to mess around like that. He then laughed and shook his head, "I wouldn't want to be the diva, you do more than a good job of being the diva yourself." he said. "Oh and don't worry, I know I'd be very annoying if I was born and raised here. You're right, I would think of myself as a god. I'm fine with thinking of myself as a street rat though, and I'm glad to know I irk you still. Just means I still have that annoying factor in me." Garrett said and laughed softly. "Tiring?" he repeated and listened to what she said then watched her walk away from him. "Oh you did not just walk away from me kitty!" he called after her and smiled as he shook his head and followed after her.
