Lori nodded already planning to not come home when it happened again. She picked at her food lost in thought staring at the window. When the bat signal appeared a small smile appeared on her face.

Lori perked up. "Oh I'll come with you!" she hurried toward her hidden lair. "Come pick out some toys." she grinned.

There was every weapon know to man and some others as well. One whole wall was filled with weapons she had used as a villain including a bazooka. "What do you think?" Lori grinned.

"Yes it is. Katana gave it to me as a gift after some things." Lori said evasively.

"Well you can pick whatever you want." Lori shrugged get changed into her outfit strapping a utility belt to her waist along with the sword Diana had given her.

Lori nodded and lead the way. She grinned when she spotted Batman fighting off a crowd of Jokers thugs. She dropped down karate kicking one in the head.

Gemini smiled when she saw the crowd of goons to fight. Dropping down next to Lori, she transformed in midair so that no one would recognize her and started kicking ass.

Though he never would have admitted it, Batman was relieved when the two women appeared to help. He had been greatly outnumbered, and though he could have managed, he definitely would have ended up really hurt without help.

Cress grinned at Batman then went back to fighting growling when Joker and his hyenas appeared in the mist of the fight. 'Of course." she rolled his eyes. "We got them." she gestured to the thugs.

Batman nodded. "Thanks." He said to Cress before turning to face Joker.

Kitsune caught sight of Joker and made sure to ignore him. Since he'd never seen her transform, he wouldn't know it was her, so she didn't have to deal with any awkwardness. She focused on the goons.

Joker grinned. "I think this is the first time you've needed help. Getting old batsy?" he teased glancing at his hyenas who laughed.

Cress helped Kitsune a happy smile on her face. Soon they had they all tied up. "there." she smirked.

Batman rolled his eyes. "I don't need help. I just wanted to make sure I don't lose sight of you again." He said, initiating the fight with an explosive batarang.

Kitsune grinned cheekily at the tied-up goons. "Good job. A little disappointing, though. I didn't even break a sweat." She glanced back at Batman to see how he was doing. "You want to watch the fight?"

"It is entertaining...any idea where he got hyenas from?" Cress frowned a little as the hyenas jumped at Batman one going for his leg the other for his head.

Joker laughed shaking his head to clear it. "Right it with full force." he smirked.

Kitsune shook her head. "Not a clue. Most likely he did it in the most illegal way possible, though. I could probably ask them if I could get close." She pondered the idea of actually talking to the hyenas. She flinched when one of them got kicked. "Should I step in?"

Batman rolled out of the way of the hyena that went for his head, but had to kick the other away from his leg. Inwardly he flinched- he hated hurting animals. And he knew Gemini was going to be angry about it. But he had no other choice, especially considering that the hyenas were trying to kill him.

"There Jokers pets I'm sure theyv'e seen worse." Cress shook her head frowning as Joker attacked Batman. "He can't take him in a hand to hand combat even with the backup."

The hyena's cackled and charged again as Joker pulled out knifes tossing them at Batman smirking.

Batman skillfully dodged both the knives and the hyenas, rushing forward again to deliver a punch.

"He's not fighting hand to hand." Kitsune said. "I just...want to punch that stupid smile off his stupid face." She growled, obviously referring to Joker.

Joker squirted his acid at Batman laughing. "So close batsy.' he jumped back as his flower pin hit the ground empty.

Cress jumped forward burning the acid as it left the flower. She coughed as it a cloud of smoke allowing Joker to vanish. "Oh it tastes and smells gross."

Batman jumped back just in time to avoid being hit by the acid. He moved forward a second later to check on Cress. "Are you alright? You really saved me there."

Kitsune started forward to go after Joker, but he was already gone. Lucky for her, he had left one of the hyenas behind. It was injured, so she subdued it and tied it up, then started gently caring for it.

"I may need to get my lungs checked out." Cress coughed. "But I'm alright." she smiled at him. "Are you ok?"

Lou snapped at her growling. He clearly wasn't happy but when she started to care for his wounds his quieted down and sighed in annoyance.

Batman nodded. "I'm fine. Thanks for that." He said.

Kitsune ignored the snapping and continued her work, occasionally speaking to the animal in what could only be its own language.

"Any time." Cress looked pleased with herself. "Is she talking to Lou?" she blinked. "Forget I asked." she shook her head.

Lou ignored her gazing wistfully in the direction Joker had gone a soft sigh escaping his muzzle.
