Lori sighed. "The first part of the plan is solid but the second is all going to depend on Joker. You couldn't fall in love with a normal guy who can easily express his feeling couldn't you?"

Gemini shook her head. "You're still not answering the question. Why am I going to steal from the guy I'm trying to attract?" She asked firmly. "I still don't even understand what this plan is, nevermind how to perfect it. Explain."

"I stole from Clark once. Having him chase after me was..." Lori blushed. "Not as amazing as I'm now know what its like to have Bruce chase after me." She cleared her throat. "If you steal from him you could catch his attention and then begins the fun of turning that anger into something else."
"Joker is always angery." Harley appeared in the window. "If you want his attention you have to out plan him but act like he planned it." she had lipstick all over her face and her shirt was both inside out and backwards. |
Gemini glanced up and did a double take. "Woah, Harley...oh my gosh. Did you...you and Ivy?" She perked up, excited. "Did you two finally seal the deal?"

Harley turned bright pink she was grinning and her eyes betrayed the truth but she just shrugged. "Anyways back to you two. Since I'm am now happily in a relationship I can focus on you two." her smirk turned evil. "For Lori a shopping trip there's a party coming up that Bruce will be at. Your letting me choose the outfit. For Gemini...this is the hard part Joker is messed up but deep down there somewhere is a man that cares. Took me years to unearth it though and he's still an ass." she chuckled and sat down. "So to catch the clown we need to think like the clown. Which should be easy since I was his right hand girl and Lori is crazy."

Gemini rolled her eyes, laughing. "It's a good thing I have you both, then, because I'm not the right kind of crazy for this. I mean yes, I am crazy, but not clown crazy." She said. "So, miss expert, give us some tips. If I'm being forced to do this, we're going to do it right."

"Well its hard to get his attention but usually the best way is to piss him off so doing something he wants to do like agent I managed to one up Bruce is a good way to piss him off." Harley sat down making sure to fix her shirt first.

"Okay, so I have to piss him off. Sounds great." Gemini paused, smirking. "Actually, I think I might enjoy this. So am I supposed to beat up Bruce? Because I kind of can't do that and keep my place in the League. And I need to stay in the League for a while at least...for personal reasons." She sighed. "What else can I do?"

"Well that's the hard part." Harley sighed. "You have to do something he hasn't been able to do...like kill the mayor." Lori snorted. "All the things he hasn't done would get her kicked out of the League. That's why I think taking the gem out from under his nose is a good option."

"Is that seriously my only option? I guess it's the least illegal thing I can do..." Gemini sighed. "Alright...I'll do it. Let's set this up. How, when, and where?"

"When..." Both sister grinned the same creepy evil grin. "The charity event." the answered in unison. "All you have to do is steal the thing before he can and make a spectacle of it." they where still talking in tandem.

Gemini blinked. "Wow, that's creepy." She said, impressed. "It won't be too hard to steal it before him, especially if I become Kitsune. Heck, in that form I could steal it out of his hand and get away before he realized it." She paused and grinned. "Would that piss him off sufficiently?"

Harley nodded. "Yes it would." "We just need to get the gem to the event without arousing suspicion." Lori smirked. "I'll take care of that and then come back." she got the gem letting Harley examine it. The gem was a sky blue color and shaped like a beetle. "Be right back." Lori headed out. Harley flopped onto her sister's bed with a sigh.

Gemini leaned back against the wall. "You two are both amazing friends." She said after Lori had gone. "You both deserve so much better than you've gotten. Certainly better than me. I'm glad you and Ivy finally made it official, by the way. It's about time."

Harley turned pink. "Well we have been unofficially dating for a while. We just...it was hot." she grinned. "She beat me up a little but then well one thing lead to another." she chuckled.

Gemini put a hand over her mouth, laughing. "I always knew you two were into the rough stuff." She teased. "So listen, while Lori's gone...I don't suppose you dropped by your funeral, did you?" She asked, sobering up.

"Didn't see the point." Harley frowned and sat up. "Why?"

Gemini sighed. "It was bad." She said. "I was there, and...well that alone was enough to turn things sour. It started with Bruce. He offered to pay for the funeral, because he felt horrible about everything, and your parents insulted him and told him to butt out. Then they told Lori she couldn't come to the funeral, and when she showed up with me and Clark, there was an argument...they disowned her. They blamed her for your death. Said she should have done more." She shook her head. "She was so upset, she ran off, and it took us hours to find her. And then, once we'd found her, she headed home and...caught Clark with Lois."

Harley sat up and stared at Gemini. Letting out a growl she punched the bed. "Are parents are tools! She was more a mother to me then she was but then she got her powers and they kicked her out! Kept her as far from me as possible and they want to blame her! HOW DARE THEY!?" she roared.

Gemini waited, having expected this reaction. "Now, Lori made me leave them alone, but I wanted to kill them. Think you can convince her to let me kill them?"

"Even I can't get her to do that." Harley sighed. "Even though they did that she still loves them." she rolled her eyes.

Gemini huffed. "I can't imagine loving someone after they've done that to you. I know they're your parents, but even that love has a limit. At least...it did for me."

Harley shook her head. "Yes well Lori is my special little weirdo." she sighed then fell silent when she heard someone coming up the fire escape.
Lori appeared at the window and slipped into the room. "The deed is done." |
Gemini smiled. "Great. Now all we have to do is wait. Since the sun is already up, anyone want breakfast?"

Lori's stomach growled loudly. "I do." she blushed a little. "Let's make pancakes and cut them into cute shapes." Harley jumped up.
