Can I do my summer avatar on DAC?

I can use DAC avis for a big banner just leave off background stuff (just a avi) stuff in hand is OK if you want to though |

OK what needs redoing the glitter part the background colors what??? Should I just make a plan color background or use one from my test thread any ideas.... I just threw that together wasn't sure what to do.....
