Yknow when people signal to move into a lane? That thing that prevents people from getting killed? Yeah most people here don't use them.
|
Ah I see.
Also, I couldn't remember where we were having this conversation The Wandering Poet: but look! Dartmouth (one of the ivy league schools) graduated more women than men in engineering this year! https://techcrunch.com/2016/06/20/da...ing-this-year/ |
Oh that's cool. Too bad engineering requires 5-15 years entry level experience... quite a number of those probably wont find work
|
well it would help if they already have internship experience and whatnot under their belt. I didn't attend an ivy league school but even many of my classmates got six-figure jobs as software engineers straight out of college because they did engineering internships over their summer breaks or programmed their own projects and put them on github.
|
Ah yeah. If you're a prodigy sure, that makes it easy. As for internships... the ones we were offered were 2 years unpaid or something. Was ridiculous.

Aren't there smaller cars where short people can actually drive comfortably? Like those tiny cars? >.<"
|
I'm not sure. All I know is that chairs can scoot up a decent amount.

Mechanical engineering. But computer based. The shop floor people can get injured or even killed.

That is so cool that you studied mechanical engineering

Not exactly helpful in a pharmacy though lol
