I'm not a dog person.
But I'm even more so not a person who lets their dogs do whatever they want. I'm allergic to dogs and a lot of dog owners will bring their dogs along to gatherings and such, and then when the dog decides to sit on my feet etc, and I ask them to please get the dog away from me, they're like "Nooo he likes you!! :)" and I'm all, "I'm allergic, I can't have it on my clothes or skin" and they're like, "oh well, come here boy" and then the dog keeps returning to me, even jumping on me, etc, and they don't stop the dog even though I've made it clear I don't want the dog all over me. Its extremely upsetting. -.- I know dogs are people's babies, but, after a while I'm almost tempted to kick the owners because I already politely made it clear several times I do not want the dog jumping all over me. |

I HATE THAT, monstahh!
My mom is really, really scared of dogs and where we live there are many dog owners and half the time they just let their dogs out and wander around the neighborhood, so my mom and I go walking and lo and behold, dogs start coming out of nowhere and barking and scaring my mom and the neighbors think it's cute????? It makes me want to say, "Look, asshole. Not everyone likes your goddamn dog, so why don't you invest in an invisible fence or some shit because we don't want your dog running up to us and barking!" It's SOOO annoying! >:T |
Dogs outside either belong behind fences, on leashes, or chained up. end of story. Period.

Yeah, dogs are so gross. Keeping a pet in general means dealing with gross things, yes, but I especially associate dogs with it. Gods, they are so gross. That gross-dog-function-obsessed filthmonger of a sister is only making it worse.
Back in the day when I'd Trick-or-Treat, lots of folks in the neighborhood had dogs. When the doorbell rang, they'd start barking, and then when the door was open, they'd run out at me. I am very afraid of dogs and it was not fun. I don't want my affection in licks and jumps. I want my affection in respecting my space and not touching me. |
