Can't post a new blog

I try to post a blog and I get this error message:

Error: Call to undefined method vB_DataManager::vB_DataManager() in ..../includes/class_dm_blog.php on line 42

What is this??

The blog feature hasn't worked since September or so of last year when they moved us to a new server.
