My hair is black and purple too! Though I find of all the colors mine has been, purple is the hardest to maintain, I love it though.

Haha.. but that's scary you look EXACTLY like him. Just when my grandma was watching his show I saw your picture & I kept looking back at the TV with wide eyes.. I was like O_______O no comment.

My purple lasts for months, I don't really have trouble with it. Maybe it's because my hair is so blonde naturally.

Could be, mine's dark naturally so have to bleach it first. What dye do you use?

Lately, I've been using RAW. I used to use Punky Professionals, but noone sells it anymore. Special Effects is really good too. I don't usually have to bleach my hair when I dye it. It probably also helps that I rarely wash it. My hair doesn't seem to get nasty.

Red and purple both stay forever in my hair. Actually, all colors do really. I don't know how...but I only have to touch up my hair because of my super blonde roots.
