Ladies and gentlemen who potatoshop their eyes different colours, please take a look at the first and last images and take a leaf from this photographers book.
THAT is how you change eye colours with taste and style! Absolutely brilliant work! Either that, or I'm looking at a pair of contacts in one of them? Its such a good job, i cant tell! |

Im thinking the brown eyes to be honest, theres just a very very slight touch of brown in the corner of one of the blue ones if you look really closely, but even I'm not sure about that, and im usually reasonably good at picking up potatoshopped stuff!

Thanks to the folks who said nice things about my part in these. Truth is, I'm incredibly rusty but it was good to be inspired again. All credit therefore to the model.

Contacts! Theyre pretty cool! I was thinking that was probably the best potatoshopping of eyes that id ever seen because it was so flawless! And then i realised it could well have been contacts, i just couldnt see the rim of the contact so youre very good at putting them in possibly? Or Tam is good at potatoshopping the rim out maybe? :P I dunno, either way, the eye effect looked really good and certainly worked its purpose!

Well, actually, this was sort of modified since Lady Loki was supposed to have pants that were supposed to be made of dragon hide but she looked so glamorous with fur that I refused to cosplay her that way even if accuracy will be compromised. I always see her wearing a dress, a gown, or just a top (or even just a leotard) with something like shorts and a loincloth that would cover her crotch area because she has lovely legs. XD Most thought that when I said Lady Loki they thought I would be genderbending the movie costume then I showed the comic design and they went all, "OHHHHHH so she IS real." I always retort with, "Betch plz, Stan Lee invented genderbending." with a hair flip. XD |
