My guess is non-identical twins right?

Suona 01-05-2014 07:30 AM

I really like the fishtail braid. It's pretty and very simple. I do that one on my hair a lot, but it takes a long time, so only when I really have the time for it. Otherwise my hair is often just in a plain braid. There is no way I could French braid my own hair with the sheer amount of hair that I have [lol] I don't know how to French braid either.

Yup! We're fraternal. :)

PrincessKasumi 01-05-2014 09:46 AM

Oooh I love to do the fishtail braid. I usually do it on the bus ride to school xD

And I also love to do a 5 strand braid.

jellysundae 01-05-2014 03:36 PM

I can put my hair into a French braid, but then my hair is fine so it's easier to handle. Though it looks pretty pathetic in a braid. The bit that's against my head looks ok, but the braid itself is so skinny that it looks pretty dumb. Even at its thickest point the braid is no fatter than my thumb. [cry]

Poet: heh, yeah. I wish I could do them. Well I probably could if I set my mind to it, but probably never good enough to French braid my own hair.

Aw thank you! :)

nemo.love_22 01-05-2014 03:38 PM

Jelly: My hair loves to misbehave whenever I try to braid it, and I'm super picky about braids too and I'm never able to braid it tight enough. Highly annoying. xD lol!

Maria: You're welcome! :]

jellysundae 01-05-2014 03:41 PM

I'm a firm believer in female hair actually being a seperate entity, that lives on our head kind of like a parasite. You know like mistletoe on an apple tree. And it's kind of spiteful and resentful, so causes the majority of women to want to tear it out regularly throughout their lives. ><

nemo.love_22 01-05-2014 03:42 PM

My hair actually cooperates most of the time. It's my pickiness with how tight things are that makes me not braid my own hair very often, not that my hair doesn't cooperate.

jellysundae 01-05-2014 04:39 PM

Wow, you're lucky then!

nemo.love_22 01-05-2014 04:43 PM

I'm also good at just throwing it up in a ponytail and ignoring it. Lol!

This. I am the queen of the ignoring ponytail/clippy.

Haha! Yeah, it works. :P

Suona 01-05-2014 09:09 PM

That's very lucky, because I wouldn't disagree with Jelly's idea of what hair is, because mine sure fits the bill. It's a nuisance! I keep it super long, though, because I really love the compliments. ><;; That and I think it's something that defines me as me.

ClockReject 01-05-2014 09:19 PM

so this happened.

Cloooock! That color is so AMAZING! I can't pull off unnaturally colored hair, but I LOVE it.

ClockReject 01-05-2014 09:22 PM

I've always preferred unnatural hair colours.
especially compared to my natural colour.

steelmagghia 01-05-2014 09:24 PM

Well, that color rocks my socks off.

ClockReject 01-05-2014 09:26 PM

I just want to keep it this colour forever.

The Wandering Poet 01-05-2014 11:31 PM

Have you shown that to hummy yet Clockie? XD

jellysundae 01-06-2014 01:03 PM

That does look fabulous, and good to see some shine, too! So often I see people with unnatural hair colour, and it looks really flat and dull, blech!

hey is that a yingyang sign on that spider? XD

Oh geez, sorry I'm so late at responding. No, it's not. lol It has some shading around each side of the body. My awful lighting probably makes it look funny.

ugggggh, flat and dull colour like that is not pleasant to have at all. Thankfully, when I did this, it turned out to have like 5 shades of blue/green which gave it some nice shine and layers~

Suona 01-06-2014 08:42 PM

I started a new workout, guys! I'm nervous, but also excited. ^^

Anybody else want to join in? I'm doing a squat challenge and also an ab challenge. [yes]

Knerd 01-06-2014 08:51 PM

When you say squat challenge, do you mean one of those challenges that builds up to you doing 100+ squats per day? If so, do you mind if I recommend an alternative? Those challenges tend to focus on quantity instead of quality, so they're only helpful as cardio and not as strength building. If you instead aim for 4 sets of 8-12 reps, you can start adding weights and get even more benefits with less work. [yes]

But with that said, I'm always game for new fitness routines! Post about it in the health forum and I'm sure that lots of people would be interested.
