The Matrix - 8/10
|
The last Movie i saw was the Mist
I would give it a 9 out of 10. It was pretty trippy and pretty good, the ending would just suck so terribly bad i wouldn't even know how that would feel to be him shit... well yea peace out |
I finished "Unearthed" and it sucked just as much as I figured it would.
I am currently on "Tooth and Nail" it has some potential so we will have to see how it pans out. I would not know what to do if I could actually get time to sit down and watch a whole movie all the way threw. There is someone that is always needing something. EDIT:: I have just finished Tooth and Nail and it was freaking awesome. At first I did not think it would be much but it turned out great with awesome twist and turns you would not believe. Then to top it off I watched Borderline also from After Dark Horrorfest *Yes I know I am a horror nut* But it was freaking awesome it was the best horror movie I have seen in a long time... So far if you are going to watch a good horror movie or can not pick one of the after darks then try Borderline it was awesome! The gore and blood and just everything kept me right on the edge of my seat! |
I watched three movies in the last two days so I'll do a little something for all of them.
Mr. Megoriam's Wonder Emporium: This movie was really great, it was everything I thought it would be. The trailer really doesn't tell you anything about the story which I think is a good thing. There are things you don't want to know until it gets there in the movie. This is not just a little kid's movie. It has heart and is completely entertaining. Watch it. Darjeeling Limited: I was tempted several times to turn this movie off before it was over. This felt like the longest movie I have ever watched since New World. It is really slow moving and hardly gives you anything that makes you want to watch it through to the end. The ending is pretty predictable. There really isn't much to love. There are a few funny parts, but once again, completely predictable. The Brave One: I have wanted to see this movie since it came out in theaters, and even though I waited forever, I was really satisfied with it. Jodie Foster is of course a great actress and she pulls off the character very well. There is a lot more to the story then the trailer gives you and it has a really awesome ending to it. |
I just finished watching La Vie en Rose which is the story of Edif Piaf. It was for a French assignment but I found I really enjoyed it. . . and I swear I'm not crying because of the ending.
I'd give it five powerful songs out of five. |
I just finished watching night at the roxbury ... I think that is how you spell it XD
well I think it's a hilarious movie |
I saw Drillbit Taylor and I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry yesterday.
Drillbit Taylor was really funny. Actually, they both were hilarious. Chuck and Larry was more suited for adults while Drillbit was for almost all ages.. I'd reccommend both of 'em to anyone, but I think I enjoyed Drillbit Taylor a bit more. Drillbit gets 5 stars, Chuck and Larry gets 4. Both of them are extremely hilarious though. = u= <333 |
I saw The Bucket List yesterday and it was honestly was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. Two old guys who find out they are going to die within months decide they want to do things before they "kick the bucket" The story line was very well written, emotional, fun, an all out good movie. I give it a 9 out of 10.
Yesterday I had also seen Spider-man 3 for the first time and I didn't think it very good at all. The main character, Peter Parker, seemed to be an "emo" and it just seemed to be way too emotional for me to like the movie, in-fact I was laughing too much at the movie to really enjoy it. |
The Other Day I saw "The Seeker" on DVD and that was really really good. But the plot was a little weak to me. I rate it about a 3 or 4.
|
I just watched a movie called the five people you meet in heaven and I absolutely loved it. I would give it a 10 out of 5. :D
|
The last film I saw was The Spiderwick Chronicles last night. I really enjoyed it, but then I liked the books when I read them too. I'd probably give it and 8/10.
The griffin was so awesome~ <3 *griffin fan* |
The last movie I saw was Superhero Movie and I would give it a 5/10. While somewhat funny I was very disappointed in it. I think they could have done alot better.
|
Semi Pro
starring Will Ferrel I loved it, hella funny~ Maybe 10? I dunno where to base my rating, other than I enjoyed the movie, and it being funny without having dirty humor that I saw in Will's other movies like in Blades of Glory or Talladega Nights. edit: I like Talladega Nights too~ |
Dead or Alive
I do not own a DOA game or play it often, but I had no problems comparing the movie with the game. I have to say most actors looked odd or not likely to the characters in the game. There is almost no storyline, and just a few characters that play a big role. I guarantee this movie will work fine if youre just going to watch it with a bunch of friends. Theres hot girls and nonstop action. I had a good time, so I'll give it a 3/5 Unleashed A man that was raised as a dog, and taught to kill once his collar goes off. After an accident he escapes and lives in a different family. Thinking his bos is dead he started a new life. But his boss didnt seem to be dead at all, and he wants his dog back.. I had never seen a fightingstyle like this before, it was very cool. The story is very Unique aswel, but it didnt toutch me alot. Itll get a 4/5 |
Film: 300
Rating: 10/10 Review: I meant to see this film when it was in the theaters, but I honestly just never got around to it. I knew I would like it, so I am not really sure why I waited so long to finally watch it. There was not much in this movie that bothered me or bored me, and for once, the battles were my favorite part (this has not happened for me and a film before, battles are usually my least favorite parts, unless we are talking The Lord of the Rings). To be completely honest, I started tuning out the parts with the Queen, but my attention span was short last night, and I was starting to get annoyed that they kept interrupting the awesomeness with politics. I figured I would watch the movie again eventually anyway, and I would pay attention to those parts then. All in all, I was very much not disappointed. The visuals, the script, and the actors were all amazing. I was just wondering why Gollum followed Faramir to Sparta. Other recently viewed movies: Disturbia (9/10), A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints (8/10), Surf's Up (10/10), Ghost Rider (7.5/10) |
the last movie i saw was 10,000 BC
i didnt really like it, so ill give it a 3 |
The Butterfly Effect 2
Can't even compare to the first one... ;( With such a unique movie, when it's more of the same, it dosn't feel quite as unique anymore. I'll probably always love the first one though. |
Super Hero Movie
3 out of 5 stars. |
Hmm last movie I saw in the movie theatres would be "21" with Jim Sturgis.
I loved it. Though my friend commented that it might be a little slow...but I liked the pacing. I think she got antsy in the movie theaters due to a big tub of ice tea that made her reeeeeeeaaaally want to visit the little girl's room. Haha I give it a 8/10 Since I tend to rent movies on a daily basis I just watched Sweeney Todd yesterday. Not an uber crazed fan of Johnny Depp but I respect his role in the film. Now I'm not remotely a fan of horror considering I think its nothing but senseless violence meant to warp out already tainted psyche. However I can not subject Sweeney Todd a horror film titlement even though the movie was dark and twisted. I mean come on a guy is killing people off by slitting their throats with a wicked razor. The difference between this movie and a typical horror film is pretty much the storyline...and it's casting. Plus it's a musical...but singing aside Sweeney Todd is a nice macabre tinted Greek Tragedy. I give it a 9/10 just for the fact that I couldn't take my eyes off the tv screen as it played. |
Last movie I saw was Jumpers.
It was a short film for the now a days long 3 hour movies. I liked it so much better because it was a short film. The acting was great Samuel L. Jackson did a great job. The male actors and the female I didn't know, but again did a fantastic job. The story line was amazing and very creative. The catch fraze that Jackson uses is very catchy and deep. All in all I would give it a 9/10. |
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
I actually like the remake more so then the original I saw both today on family channel. "Goodmorning Sunshine. The Moon says hello." So if you liked the original then you'll like the remake Johnny Depp is more quirky the Gene Wilder. |
I watched Juno a couple days ago. It wasn't bad, it was occasionally corny and awkward but i liked it. i would give it somewhere 7/10 or 8/10 in my opinion
|
Never Back Down
I thought it was a very typical fighting movie. Not a lot to the plot, mediocre acting. Its just another movie that I've seen several times before. I gave it a 6/10. |
I watched Enchanted yesterday. It was the cutest thing ever. 8/10
|
Mirrormask...
If people like Alice in Wonderland or Labyrinth etc, they'd probably like this too xD 9/10! |
