ah! I know which picture you're talking about Seiki! Entertainment Weekly, He looked HORRIBLE in it. I saw it and was like...wtf did they do to him?! He just looked, fake and disgusting."Bella" didn't look so hot in it either, but she looked better then him.

I'm not going to judge the movie before I see it if I can help it, but I just have a nagging feeling it's not going to work out.

Edward looks... creepy and Bella looks pretty, but... too pretty for Bella. Not to mention she's HEAVILY photoshopped. I mean, is she even in the same ROOM as RPattz? XD And I have high hopes for the movie so far, actually. I think it looks good. I know it will be different. What pisses me off, though, is that one of the trailer implies that Edward hunts in front of Bella. No. Just no. He makes such a big deal of NOT doing that- SPOILER: until she's a vampire Just... NO. If they have him do that, I swear, I WILL scream "NO!" in the middle of the movie theater. XD Anyway, Seiki, here's the link. Oh yeah, I remember that interview xD I watched it right after it was put up. And that summary was hilarious when I read it the first time. If you had told me it was the pictures with the summary, I would have known what you were talking about XD
And I don't think that it's him showing her how he hunts, but just him taking her and running with her through the woods like he does all the time. But it could be implied that it's hunting. Knowing Stephenie though, she would have complained about that to the writer and director and had it changed because they're working with her to get most of her vision correct with the movie. |
Yeah, they just show him all like *crouch* and then a deer's all like "huh?" and then Edward's like *leaps off screen* so it looks like he's leaping at the deer which is... no.
But you're right, Stephenie would probably bitch them out if they did that. *can relax now* |

I have to say from the previews and from Kristen's other work, I've never really liked her acting. It's not very good. And I don't think she looks like Bella. I don't think she's pretty like Bella is supposed to be. I think that Bella is always a pretty girl and people acknowledge that, but she's pretty in a plain, simple way. Kristen's features are too severe and angular to have that plain prettiness to them.
Robert I can live with. I still have concerns about the accent, but we don't get to hear a lot of what he has to say so we don't really hear much of his American accent >> |

No, you're not, I like her too.
I didn't at first, but now I do. The only issue I have is her voice - it's a lot deeper than I imagined Bella's voice to be. But I'll get over it. And while we're talking about the trailers, I found a REALLY good spoof. A lot of the spoofs suck and aren't really funny, but I found a really good one. Here. |
