Neko, was referring to the fact that kintama means "balls" in the rude sense XD and the title *could* be read kintama but Sorachi supposedly wanted HS girls to be able to say to each other "oh have you read last week's GINtama?" comfortably which really wouldn't have worked with kintama XD
The kappa episode used the word a lot XD And the anime is maybe subbed in chinese but is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind in English and misses a lot of the jokes :/ (that even I can get) I guess I'm very picky with translations, esp with Gintama even though it must be one of the hardest titles to work on.
