I know! I got till episode 7, and apparently there's 12 in the season. Weeds is rather addictive. But I stopped because they're slow downloading becuase I have to do it in 10 minute intervals, 3 DL per episode and my internet connection is slowy mcslowerson!

I've been YouTubing them becuase I haven't wanted to bother downloading Bitorrent, even though I know it's probably a worthy investment. I don't have a decent anti-virus and AVG annoys me for some reason. So ever since napster days when I downloaded a virus and f-ed up my computer in college, I decided that downloading stuff isn't for me.

Not that I'm anti downloading stuff... lord knows I haven't paid for music since I was 18!!! Sad. I'm not particularly proud of that one. I blame it on living in third world countries. ha!

I don't download either. I have Matt do it for me.. I'm so worthless with that kind of stuff. Haha!

Well, at first I got my money through selling crowns, but I soon realized that they aren't worth that much. So now, I just use them to bribe artists to draw for me.

Mostly, I make my money by posting. Posting like crazy. Erin and I chat in here most days and our posts tend to be pretty long, so it works out well. I do like 20g posts, oh yes!

Well, I can't say much about viruses and BitTorrent...I personally don't have any issues with viruses, but then again, I have a mac...so that's just not something I worry about. I've never had any problems with BitTorrent. I think it'd probably work well on your computer if you're brave enough to try it out.

I feel out of the loop. XP The only tv shows I watch are Lost, Daily Show, Colbert Report, and the sunday night cartoons (Simpsons, King of the Hill ect.)

I've actually never seen Lost. When I left Chile it was just starting to become the rage becuase one of the national TV stations bought the first season. Then it was all scandelous becuase a different station bought the second season and started playing them. Then all hell broke loose and they started selling ripped DVDs on the street of successive episodes, so people could see them before they came out of TV.

Wacky! Here in Brazil they don´t seem to watch so many American shows... they've got their own sappy soap operas. We have cable though so I at least get to see some Scrubs and worthy shows like that. Pimp my Ride. woo!

I suggest waiting three years for Lost to be completed before trying to watch it. I watched the first season in 24hours (it was a marathon right before the second season started, and I had nothing better to do that evening/next day) XP

But now, waiting a week... and everything it's just... it gets really really crazy. The show is absolutely insane, but I can't stop watching it, but I hate waiting for it. They have announced though that it'll only be 5 or 6 seasons, since it's one of those shows that actually can't continue, if it doesn't end soon people will get bored... which is already happening...

Oh ya, my other guilty pleasure, Passions. It's the most ridiculous Soap Opera on the planet (involves magic... magic+soap opera scenerios = insane hillarity) XP

I also wanted to say the reason why I always feel so out of the loop is because other than Lost everyone else seems to know so much about all this TV... TV has become crazy. I've seen one or two episodes of House, but I don't like his crazy fans who think this actor came out of nowhere.

I love Blackadder, which is either where he started or at least one of his big things at the beginning of his career, and resulted in him becoming part of the comedy group of Stephen Fry, Tony Robinson, Rowan Atkinson... and a few others. Anybody remember Askjeeves.com? Now it's only Ask.com, but Jeeves was from a show that Stephen Fry and Huge Laurie starred in.

Anyways, I'm going on and on... I guess it's just been a while since I've had civilized conversation (so used to Gaia). I'll stop seeming like a needy chatterbox soon enough. XP

I have NO idea what the House thing is, I'm sure in two years it'll have made its way south. The only show I've ever been truly addicted to was the Real World when I was in high school... man, I used to be such a biotch when it was on because I wouldn't let me brother change the channel or even talk to me...I HAD to know what happened... it was mainly the London cast, which now that I reflect upon it was a really uneventful cast. Now it's funny cuz the other day I saw the Australian girl Jacinda on the Bridget Jones Diary movie, which I don't have the patience to actually sit through, but to me she'll always be Real World Jacinda.

That might be a gas oven thing though... I can't really see it being as bad with an electric stove, but here in Latin America everything's gas.

There's a special event store.. but they take the items out when it's over. There are some St. Patrick's Day items in the other stores.. but they're not rare. They were cheaper when the event was on though.

I want to get V-day items. Especially the pin and the sash. I guess we'll see what happens with that though...

Lol.. I've done that before when I was boiling an egg. I totally burnt the egg shell it was smelly. I had a pot of water blow up on an electric stove once. It was a huge pot of water, the coil was messed up and superheated the pot melting a whole in it. Then the water blew off the lid to the water and the rest of it ran down inside the oven and stuff. It was a huge mess!

I love gas stoves... I miss mine. I hate electric. :?

Crikey! Your pot story totally pwns mine that's for sure. You burned a hole in your POT? That's amazing... did you have to replace the entire stove? I mean, I just can't imagine something so hardcore.

Funny about the egg though... I guess you would burn that sucker's shell.

We had to replace the burner (well the landlord did anyway), but the rest of the stove was ok once we got all of the water out of it. The pot was fucked though.. it had a quarter sized hole in the bottom if it. It was one of the most messed up things I've ever seen :shock:

Ya.. poor egg. I didn't eat it...

I would hope you didn't eat it.. overboiled eggs aren't good period. Burned shell ones are probably worse.
