My family has a vacation home in "Tagaytay" *a very nice place in the Philippines*

and the lots there are $100k+

the house's balcony ish made out of steel, aluminum and some titanium xD

so it's quite sturdy 8D

I went to this really flash hotel and they had one of those over the heated pool, it kept me occupied for long time.

The roof automatically closes when it starts drizzling/sudden winds come in.

We use to sprinkle water then blow it with a hair dryer xD
