I saw a bunch of people cosplaying them. I forgot to ask my friend who showed me the picture. They cosplayed game characters for the competition when the rules said no games to anime characters. Or something along those lines. So yeah, they spent a lot and walked around then didn't qualify for the competition. Sheesh. Didn't read the rules but they looked awesome. |
<33 xD well if I understand correctly the original series started off as an anime, turned into a game (had an anime running at the same timeline as the game), it's sequel made into anime, then the sequel to that was made into the video game, while .hack/gu has it's own manga and prequel that is an anime. So one could argue it is still an anime. xD <3

I think it was a game convention? Arunno... But it had to have a game. Meh. Confusing.
It wasn't a con I attended. But that my friend did. She showed me the pic when she told me about the male cosplayer who was her imouto's ex (adopted as in they claimed each other as sisters kind) where they became an item and quickly got out of the matter when the imouto preferred to focus on her studies than to cosplay with him. It was... a strange little story. |
