I think its the culture and how you guys are raised.
You're raised with treating each other nicely, and having others treat you nicely.

Here we have those, but there are so many that are raised badly that it doesn't make up for it.

But its usually the parents fault, to an extent. Which can lead back to that parents fault and the parents before that.
