i think it's also the difference between the fact that i'm done with school and living on my own and stuff... cuz i really can't rely on my parents anymore for anything (except for dinner... they don't like me paying much for dinner unless it's something big... >.> ) but yeah... if anything it's usually me who now buys some stuff for them... XD
so now i can't really ask them if i should buy stuff cuz regardless it'll be my money... XD but then my mom once said i was cheap... cuz we were shopping for jewelry, and i looked at a $50 necklace... i liked it but said it was too expensive... my mom was like, "you're WORKING now... if you can't afford that, you should quit your job..." XD then she said i was "cheap" XD |
i want to get out of this house now. i want to work in another office now. i dun wanna work for my dad anymore because im not happy. i've done all i can to help him but he still thinks it's all about how much money i can make for the company. he thinks he's teaching me stuff but he isnt. he only make me and all here, feel inferior.

@yanyan: well, i decided when i was 17 what i wanted to be... and my parents helped me financially through college mostly (tho i had a lot of financial aid and took out a loan too)... but i took a subject that had nothing to do with their business and i managed to find a place to live and everything without much of their help so they really can't tell me what to do... and they're not giving me money anymore either... so i'm literally independent now... ^^;

i do what i do with mangas as i do with CDs... i would d/l some songs and if i happen to fall in love with one, then i buy the CD... or if i'm obsessed with an anime... i'll buy every single CD for that anime regardless of whether or not i'm going to open it... i have every single CD for chobits... i used to collect every CD for the .hack series... but stopped cuz too many were coming out and some really didn't sound good... i.e. .hack // roots... (i think i have 90% of the CDs before that... XD )

CDs are always too expensive for my taste. (especially if I have to pay $15 for only 10 songs) I much rather just pirate them. xD Music wise I'm very picky, so really one anime I might only like 1 song so I never buy the whole cd. Usually it's only the a few openings, or endings I like anyways. |
oooh... i'm very into instrumentals... especially certain types... i personally love kajiura yuki... so i collect a lot of anime CDs that she composed songs for... XD
i used to buy a lot more when my mom was paying for it... now i'm spending much less... XD |
