Naruto and InuYasha from friends. Can't remember exactly which one was first but they were what got me into Manga/Anime. After that I explored on my own and even introduced to my other friends the world of manga and anime. ^ _ ^

I would probably say it was pokemon except I hadn't really considered it an anime. (though, yes, I know that it is by now) It wasn't until either Card Captor Sakura or Sailor Moon that I realized there was such a subcategory called anime so I would consider those my first real anime.

Gundam Wings XD then was Sailor Moon. Card Captor Sakura was after that...then was Yu-Gi-Oh! then Pokemon....

the first anime i was introduced to was Project A-ko. first manga fruits basket and angel sanctuary which i didn't like. i have almost all of fruits basket though. i'm missing vol 20 of fruits basket otherwise i have them all.

haha, oh the memories! i beleive i was first introduced to digimon... and i still love that show!!! it was either digimon, or sailor moon. my parents thought pokemon was evil....and i dont really remember sailor moon because my dad hought it was gay... so im pretty sure it was digimon. :3

My Neighbor Totoro and Kiki's Delivery Service were my first animes when I was little. Then years later I got hooked on Inuyasha.

Sailor Moon, for both anime and manga. i loved watching Sailor Moon and then I found a sailor moon manga on a discount table at the book store (it was a little beaten up).

Pokemon, I remember being really little and bawling my eyes out when Ash let pikachu go, and Sailor Moon. And I remember having a huge crush on both Tuxedo Mask and Ash. xD

Pokemon was the first anime I ever watched, but I didnt realize it was an anime. The first one I knew what it was was Inuyasha and then a slew of things after that that turned into over a hundred that ive kept up with over time.

The first bit of anime that I was ever introduced to was when I saw Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland. I didn't even know that I was watching anime at the time until one of my friends mentioned it being an anime. Until that point the initial anime I had been introduced to was the original toonami anime. Sailormoon, DBZ, Tenchi Muyo!, and Rurouni Kenshin.

Though I don't recall which was the first I saw but it may gave beensomething like Voltron or Robotech I watched alot of Sailor Moon too but that was only after I was already into anime.

the first manga i ever read was Alice 19th i hated to read anything and my freind brought them over and MADE me read them and i was hooked now i read manga and books xD

I was 3 and it was my favourite show....next to Bugs Bunny x3 After that, Dragon Ball. As for Manga....it was either Hot Gimmick or Fruits Basket. I didn't start reading manga until I was in high school. |
Dragon Ball Z was my first introduction to anime. 12 years old, watched back to back episodes every Saturday morning on a TV channel that doesn't exist anymore! :XD It was much later in the series though, around when Bulma and the gang were flying through space and Goku was soon to be on his way to Namek. That was a good series. After that it was digimon and then when I got older I watched Cowboy Beebop and Trigun and Big O.

I feel pathetic to say that the first manga I ever read/received was Gravitation. oo Ah the shame. I kid. It was alright when I was like, ten. I eventually wandered away though. The first anime however was DragonBallZ, which I think I'm not the only one in that sense. Thank you Cartoon Network. |

It was Salor Moon and Dragon Ball Z. xD I didn't get into Pokemon till much later, when they stopped showing it. All my friends were really mad and were yelling, so I looked it up. xD
