10 word rhyming story
I'll start off with a phrase or sentence under 10 words long, and then you post another 10-word-or-under sentence whose last word rhymes with last word of the previous post. Then you make another sentence or phrase that's 10 words long, and the next person makes a 10 word sentence that rhymes with yours, and makes another sentence that the next person will rhyme, and so on. The sentences should be related to each other, forming a story (whether it makes sense or not. :P)
Example) Post1: The sky was quite sunny... Post2: ...and along hopped a bunny, whose fur was white, fluffy and... Post3: ...dotted with big, yellow clumps of sand. It was because he went... I don't know how this is gonna turn out, or if it'll even work out for long, because I understand this is kinda hard. ): This is my first topic, so make me feel like I'm not too much of a sucky topic-starter. :) *start!* A noise came from the room... |
She stopped and looked
and got caught in a hook
got so scared she threw a book
and when she got out she shivered and shook
dried herself off with a towel and took
a spatula and kissed the cook.
then played chess and lost her rook.
She was so Sad and Looped
Feeling like she was bounded and cooped.
After a while, boy was she pooped...
But then she met the duke.
And as a result, she felt the need to puke.
(I am confused about the "10 words" part of this game, but made my sentence 10 words long, if that is what was intended?) |
I don't know salvet but I will rebuke
(Can't think of any other word) |
Salvete nodded at 2600 but found out it was a fluke!
A bear suddenly jumped out of the woods and...
flopped forward so that her head landed in the sand...
then the trader came in with their band.
They played and played until the audience wanted to clap their hands...
The band bowed and smiled and sang a farewell song
(It didn't rhyme cos the above post was the forth so I'm starting a new verse) |
That apologized for not staying long
And did not want to point out that the time on the clock was wrong...
