Maybe there really is no formule. Maybe it's randomized depending on you much you post or edit.
Maybe there is a range of how much gold you get but you can a random amount in between that range. |

I do know that I got more gold for my posts when I had a fancy post.
Sadly, that is against the rules, so I had to take it down. They even took back the gold that I had made. I was in the negative! |

The way gold is given is 1 gold for every post + 0.01 for every character withing the post. The cut off point is 20 gold Mentioned in several places and from experiance. PLUS you earn 0.1 gold for every post someone makes in one of your threads.
