All I know is that I need plenty of vegetables for a stew I'm gonna try, veggies for curry, and ham and veggies for another soup.

xD

I dunno what I'll get after that. Gotta get sushi stuff, too.

o.o I suppose I should go do that. See you later if you're on tonight! <3

All this talk of food! o.o

i shall have some more of the soup i made yesterday for my lunch, with some homemade bread too! i was proud of myself for making bread, it's easy! and it's pretty good too. i made a wholewheat loaf with sunflower and sesame seeds mixed into the dough, it's a big round loaf and it's heavy! LOL!! must weigh about 3lb  you don't realise how full of air store bought bread is until you make your own.
I might stick with baking my own now though, as a bag of wholewheat bread flour is the same price as a loaf of the sort of bread that i buy, but i can make 2 full sized loaves from that one bag. So it's much better value, plus i know EXACTLY what's going in my bread, and, because it produces a more solid loaf, it fills you up faster so you eat less of it anyway, win all round :D

roocee 07-20-2007 03:08 PM

Jelly that sounds wonderful. Nothing like a nice bowl of homemade soup (any kind really, I love soup) and homemade bread.

jellysundae 07-20-2007 03:15 PM

Just what you want when it's pouring with rain outside too! which it perpetually is here :(

I have some turkey in the freezer, i might roast a drumstick off and then shred it into the soup i thinkhttp://i16.tinypic.com/5y06bt4.gif

Dillo 07-20-2007 04:56 PM

EternalHearts 07-20-2007 05:14 PM

Jelly, that sounds absolutely delicious! I had leftover pizza; good, but not THAT good :P

Hi again all, things have finally settled down a litle bit at work, and will soon be settling down in life too, once this weekend's over. Here's hoping I get to start hanging out around here again--I have too many online addictions, I need to start cutting bac I think.

jellysundae 07-20-2007 05:18 PM

But Jessi like you said, being online staops you being out spending money, so it's all good! 8)

I hope that turkey is cooked soon, because the smell of it is setting my stomach off  *rumblerumble*

Arcaica 07-20-2007 05:48 PM

Yawn im at the library and im pretty bored how are you guys?

EternalHearts 07-20-2007 06:30 PM

You make a very good point Jelly. I just feel bad when I have to cut out stuff because life is too hectic. I can't wait till work slows down and I can play online while I'm here.

jellysundae 07-20-2007 06:34 PM

Yeah that will make things an awful lot easier for you, did the move go smoothly?

Speed 07-20-2007 06:41 PM

Hello Everyone

Jelly Begum

jellysundae 07-20-2007 06:51 PM

Hello young man, how are you today?

EternalHearts 07-20-2007 06:53 PM

Hi Speed!

@ Jelly: It's not been too bad, I finally got my roomie to move her boxes at least to the SIDES of our spare room since we are having a house-warming party tomorrow and we needed to get her new (LARGE) bookcase out of our living room so we could get a couch and recliner into the apartment. So YAY we aren't sitting on lawn furniture anymore! Tonight is dedicated to shopping for the party and cleaning the crap outta the apartment before 2 pm tomorrow afternoon--which will never happen to my satisfaction, I know it already.

I'm starting to feel at home there though, which is really nice. And my bedroom is finally starting to come together, which makes it even better.

CLAMP 07-20-2007 06:55 PM
