I used to play on Gaia. Then the gold thing got way out of hand. The outfits I wanted were so overpriced that I could never get enough money even after selling off my inventory. It made me feel too poor. Here, at least everyone as a chance.
My hubby and I have Netflix and there are a lot of shows that you can watch instantly online. I'm catching up on my Dr. Who since I didn't get into it until they showed the last episode (with Billie). I'll have to try that link, Jelly. Thanks! And yes, I admit I triple posted - but they were almost all one liners so I don't feel all that guilty about it ;p Neener neener. No one was posting so I had to talk to myself. ;p |

Yup. And I noticed a lot of Gaian tend to be mean for no reason. Here, so far everyone I have met has been friendly. Of course, I started out chatting in 18 & up and only go to threads that others in the same group adverstise. So usually it's the same people or people who are similarly friendly. Mene is just a much cooler place to hang out when one needs to unwind or just take a mental break from the real world.
As much as I love Mene I have to go. Time to get my kid from daycare and see what kind of trouble we can get ourselves into. Have a good one, everyone! |

Gemini, I'm the same way here on Mene and in Gaia as well. And Zantarni for that matter. I just prefer spending time with people I know than peopel that are potentially stupid and annoying.
