I think I can answer uour question about trading Gaia gold/items for Menewsha gold/items.
I'm pretty sure it's against TOS here as I know it is on Gaia. I was approached by a member here through their mule account offering a Menewsha-Gaia trade. I declined because I didn't want to risk being banned on either or both site accounts.
