Trinity - Yes it has been. Someone reported her to me for posting spam in debate forum and I decided to look through her posts and found all her posts that was useless.

Oooohh...yeah I noticed her going into like every single thread here and posting once then leaving...she actually double posted with the same thing in one thread so I told her she should change it because she could get into trouble for that.

It must have been a kid.....sigh....I know it's awful to find out they dont ever read the rules and want to take advantage of everything cause the older people who really try to stick to the rules and make gold descently see themselves afected by stupidity and people like that....it is inevitable I think

Yeah, me and her just talked and she said she's going to try contribute more. And actually thanked me for warning her about what to do or not do... She hasn't even heard of Gaia so I'm guessing for sure a kid or something :lol:

I've been watching her still and she is making proper posts now and for that I'm happy.. she's already been warned twice and this is her second day on the site.

there's no doubt it is a kid, well I hope she does the right thing, it is not nice when you have to be ...how can I say....when you have to be hard on someone and report him /her to an admin....I mean it is not something nice to do, even can ruin your mod a little (hope it doesnt) you gotta be strong as a mod I think....It is not easy, Im good at giving advice but idk If I would be strong enough to control a person I mean you need courage and determination and personality for sure =) you are perfect Kale so is Jelly

I know what you mean, I'm not going to be hesitant about warning users or deleting their posts that are spam because they're just taking advantage of the gold system and it's not fair to the users who are doing the right thing. People may get annoyed and back talk to me like that one night but I live with it.. I've had worse from my brother and my dad that I don't really let get me down. I'm not about to let stuff from users I don't even know do so. I do my job respectfully no matter what other users may think and I know the other staff know I've been doing a good job.

I know Kale, before you were a mod honestly knowing you, you were one of the people I thought could be a good mod, so Im happy you are one because I know you do a great job!!! ^^
As for me, well you know Josh talked to me about next time he needs people because when he asked honestly I missed the post, but as I told you I will have to imporve in that area, that is I have a soft heart and ....I really need to be harder even if they beg or they insult me....(cause i imagine that is what happens right? they beg to you and some of them get mad and insult you and stuff ) but well forget about them right? they dont even know you =)

I have seen some complaints about other staff members though about being too young and not being able to answer properly and respectfully.....I remember how bad I felt when I was almost attacked by a mod at gaia....It was like I was talking to her so respectfully and she was soooo agressive and rude like "shut up or i will get you banned forever" .....sigh,....abuse of power is sooooooo cruel

I'm actually more of an Inuyasha fan myself. Only watched Naruto a very few times.

That's why I avoided the mods on Gaia... many of them are too power hungry and enjoy being able to play favorites. I'm safe to say I don't play favorites... if I see a friend doing something wrong I'll politely tell them so and don't allow them to continue. I forget about them and deal with them politely enough until we get the warned three times and report to the topic for admin's to check out for recently ban able offenses. Then I continue to regulate their spam/insult posts if it's in the forums until they get off or Mike/Josh - not usually him anymore - bans them.
