ooh i had stuffed mushrooms in this Italian/Mexican restaurant once, they were to die for!
Stuffed with spinach and ricotta, with a cheese and tomato sauce over the top, yummy! |
Mine are stuffed with cream cheese and soy sausage...mostly cos that how I made them when I was a vegetarian and didn't want to buy a big thing of regular sausage.
