I haven't managed to do any exercise either, so we can feel guilty togather, though i have spent all day running up and down at work, so i haven't been a slug or anything 8)

I hear you @ junk food... My stomach has been so upset today. All I've been doing is picking at snacks... So, I didn't do so well today. But I think it's because I didn't eat ENOUGH! Kinda the opposite of what I usually do. xD

feck. I came home sick from work tonight cuz I felt like asssss.... and like.... so i didn't get any free eats tonight.
Anywho, I have about like.... 7bucks, but I can't buy anything awesome or healthy for 7bucks soooo I'll just scrounge around...

Hey everyone!

I didn't do the worst today.

I woke up at 10am and I had to leave at 10:40 for a doctor's appointment, so I still had to get to do several things, so I had no time for breakfast this morning.
Then right after the appointment, I had to go out to lunch with my mom and her friend from out of state.
So I had Mexican: enchilada, taco, and beans. But I didn't finish everything on my plate. I stopped eating when I was full, which took a little while since I hadn't had breakfast.
Then for dinner, my parents put another pizza in the oven. (I wish my dad would stop buying those! Dx)
But I had a salad and a yogurt again.

I just wish my family would try to eat healthier with me.
My mom is buying healthier foods, but my dad isn't. And my mom still eats the junk food my dad brings home. No matter how many times we tell my dad to stop grocery shopping, he won't.

Well, I'm short. And I am really top heavy. So my boobs take up most of my torso. And all my weight is in
a) my boobs (which I want to be a tad smaller than double d's)
b) my tummy (which could stand to lose about 2-3 inches
c) love handles (which I actually think are kinda cute)
and d) my thighs, which are actually starting to get more toned.

I'm not technically "overweight" anymore (though when I began my diet, I was) I am in my healthy range... but I'm in the heavier end of it.
I would just like to drop a couple pant sizes, and maybe a shirt size (hello, boobs... that means YOU!) and be able to feel nice in a bathing suit this summer.

Also, I just want to be able to feel hot nekkid. lol.
I never have.. i've always been uncomfortable with my nakie self, and that makes things a little awkward when you know... you have a boyfriend who wants to like look at you and touch you and stuff.
And since theres someone I'm pretty interested in right now, well... I just wanna get on that. haha.

lol...... thats my big secret hehe.

Woot! I lost another 2 lbs yesterday.. .that was with my hair wet too so it's probably a little more!! I love this diet prep thing. But I'm really ready to start eating cooked veggies and starches. My carb craving are less and less though! xD

My fat is pretty evenly distributed, so I'm chubby everywhere. ^^;;
But I mainly want to lose my belly, because...well, I just want to see it flat. xD
My legs are fairly big, but even when I'm in good shape they're going to be like that, so I'm okay with my legs. I hated my legs in elementary school because everyone else's were so thin, even over weight people, and I was in pretty good shape then. But I've gotten over it. I just wear jeans and burmuda shorts. :3 I guess I'm big boned...haha.
But I think I've got potential to look really lean if I just stick to this diet.

@Eroy: Wow! you're making great progress!
I wish I could lose that much in a week. ;----;

The reason I'm doing so well is because I have a lot to loose. I'm doing this crazy diet.. for the first 3 days I have to shock my body out of using carbs as a major fuel source. So I'm only eating meat and veggies. It's pretty tough but the pounds are flying off. But I'm only supposed to do it for 3 days. (today is my third day) Then after that I add dairy and carbs and I can cook my veggies.. and I'll eat a lot less beef than I have been for the last few day. I loose weight a lot slower after that. *nods*

This is the best idea I have ever seen on a forem site. I've been doing my diet loner now for about 2 months and have lost 30lbs.....but I have alot more to lose.

@ Suki-
I have always hated my ankles. Everyone has these dainty slim ankles... I don't have CANKLES, but I do have thick ankles. On the one hand its good because I've never sprained/broken one *knocks on wood* and on the other hand... I just want dainty sexy ankles?
But no matter how thin I get, I will always have thick ankles!!

@ Eroy- CONGRATS!!! *dances* You're doing so good!
And its natural that your cravings would lessen!

I haven't weighed myself yet today but I'm gonna right now *runs upstairs*

Its kinda crazy how much a thread and a bunch of people on the internet can keep you motivated.
I mean, if you're honest with them.
Anyone can log on and be like "oooh I lost 8 pounds" or whatever, but I am pretty sure we're all legit! haha

Yeah exactly.


Its soooo nice and sunny out today!
I just went for a nice walk with my roomate seaian (pronounced shane) and now I'm drinking a delicious smoothy....
I figured since I don't really feel like eating any food (but that I know I need something in my belly--- DONT WORRY i'm not going all eating disorder here, I just haven't really FELT hungry the last couple days... I'm a little sick so thats probably why) Anyways since I don't really feel like eating too much, I figured I'd pile a bunch of fruit in my blender with some milk and yogurt and ice and at least get some fruit and dairy servings in my belly.
Its delicious and refreshing!!!!

Well, I would rather have thick ankles because mine are weak.
When I played soccer, I'd be limping around the entire week because my ankles were in so much pain. And a lot of the time when I run they feel like they need to be popped so much...but of course they never pop.

.....anyways, I didn't do well today.
For breakfast I had mini wheat cereal and a banana.
And a few hours later I had a few frozen fruits....ya know those mixed frozen peaches, strawberries, grapes, and melon that you can just eat frozen?
And then I didn't have lunch because I took a shower and then I wasn't really hungry.

Then an hour and a half ago I had lasagna. Dx
I know.....I failed. Lasagna is my weak point. I also had some french bread with butter on it.
I don't feel like I'm making progress. I would have thought that I'd see more change, because before I would have eaten pizza instead of salad....and I wonder if it's making a difference.
I guess it's just an unmotivated stage for me, because I have never even lasted over a week for a diet, so this is still going to take a while to get used to.

I have to start drinking protein shakes now.. they're supposed to be "Natural" flavored.. which means a slight vanilla flavor I think..

Any ideas on making them taste yummy while I'm at work? (AKA no blender)
