Rowan seems to be enjoying some renewed attention from me of late. Heaven knows why, the little melodramatic certainly doesn't deserve it. I'll say this now to get it out the way; when I write him, I never write him this pink (or girly, for that matter! xD) I just like the colour. As I wrote. Deary me.

The eyes I draw are usually quite small, so a change was in order. : x And Asriel for Monkei, Bayloo, whatever she is on here. Whenever I've hit a low in terms of art, I seem to draw him. they're adorable :D If your going for cutsy I'd make the eyes a tad bit larger so they can show more emotion (and fun shiny spots) other than my personal opinion there great, i'd buy one!

I was thinking of adding in shiny spots, with a little dab of white paint.
I want to try painting chibis in traditional media as well. That might be easier in CG, buuut... paints are fun. :D Thanks for the larger eyes tip. about the eyes.. it depend I think. for me, I like it just like this X3 top one is so cute and I really like the scarf, but can't resist the one in suit in the second one *3* ♥

He's meant to be a real womaniser, apparently. : ) I've been RPing with the girl who writes him for years, she went to the same school as me. At the moment however, I envy her like hell. xD She commissioned Minties and Orenji-kun... I think their works on dA, if you search "Asriel" and want to see more. xDD |
