It's really easy if you know how to use it well. PS2 has the pencil tool that does the pixeling, like in pixel programs. Just magnify your new page until the pencil square shows up huge but it's only 1px. And there you go. And I don't know how much it is, my friend gave it to me . xDD There's a new version PS3 but there's nothing amazing about it, it's just a few new adjustments thats about it. I downloaded the trail version of it from Adobe.com thats how I know. If you really want to try it out, go to their website and download a trail version. (and the prices are listed there as well) But if you are interested in pixeling? I suggest you go with a minor inexpensive pixeling program unless you can get it from someone else. Or if you really want it try Amazon.com or Ebay.com if you want to see if you can get it cheaper. |
