@Zombie: Neither did I, once I found out how stuck-up they were :lol: :sweat:
@Kale: :glomp: :hug: Replied ;) |
@Dimitri: Yes, they need a stick out of their arse really >.> Or maybe a good stick up there xD
|
@Zombie: Well, for the stuck-up female, I could think of something better to stick up there than a stick :rofl: As for the guys, I'll leave them to you :yes: How's that?
|
-lies down on couch- Wow.. 4am already ... xD
|
xP, sure sure, I'll take care of 'em xD
@Kale: Lol, for me it's only 4 am, I'm a night owl xD |
:lol: I'm generally a night owl as well.. only I had a long day at work yesterday so I've been tired for a while now. xD Just having too much fun to head to bed. >.< |
Hehe, I work at night ^^ So the hours are good for me =3
|
Nice. xD |
@Zombie: Alright, it's a deal then *shakes your hand* :lol:
@Kale: Wow, I didn't realize that it was that late... er... early already :XD It's amazing how time flies when you're having fun :sweat: *rubs your shoulders as you lie on the couch* |
-sighs in relaxation- That feels good. :) But it certainly does... My mom'll be waking in little over an hour for work :rofl: |
Yeah, and I get to bring my laptop, since it only takes me like an hour to complete my work xD
So I'm happy with the job ='] @Dimitri: ::Shakes hand:: Kay, deal ^^ |
I wish I had a job that allowed me to be on internet at the same time <3 what sort of work? You get paid for more than an hour but it only takes you an hour to finish? |
Well, I'm a night auditor at a hotel, so the rest of my job is to sit there and answer phones and help guests if the need arises.
But yeah, I get paid to sit on my butt for 6ish hours and do nothing x3 |
@Zombie: *heh* It'd be entirely too dangerous for me to even attempt to use my laptop while working :sweat: And I usually work anywhere from eight to 14 hours in a day :roll:
@Kale: I'm glad you like it *continues to rub your shoulders* Yeah, freight is pretty bad down here in TX, what with the hurricane in the area and all. I might not even get a load tomorrow...excuse me, today. So, I should be able to lay down and take a nap or something |
I work a 12 hour shift every Monday and Tuesday myself, but that gives me three days off a week, lol
|
:lol: Nice. Sounds like the perfect sort of job!! xD Dimitri; Ah I see. Was wondering why you hadn't headed to bed at all yet. xD I'm contemplating it myself because my eyes won't focus properly.. but I've been having that problem all day so it might not be from tiredness but the fact that the eye doctor screwed up in thinking my eyes had gotten better.. -_-; Since my eyes haven't yet adjusted to the new prescription properly and it's been a week or more. >.< |
Yeah, my eyes usually get used to my glasses within ten minutes o_o;;
|
I dunno it's very strange.. I just .. my vision can go 'blurry' as if I'm dizzy or something.. but it's because I can't focus. It's been affecting my job because I work in a book store and have to help people find books. The problem is that after a while I can't focus on what's actually written on the spine of the book and so fail to read it.... it's really starting to bug me...
|
@Zombie: Well, being a trucker, I work about 14 - 21 days straight without a day off, then I get about two - three days at home, then I start all over again. I wish I had more days off, but that's not really possible right now
@Kale: I don't know what it's like to wear glasses, but that doesn't really sound right... Maybe you should go see your eye doctor again and let him know? |
Just hope it's not cataracts, or however you spell it Dx
I thought I had that for a while, cause my vision kept getting worse But it's stopped now @Dimitri: Oh, what's the pay like? I get like, 8 dollars an hour >.> |
Yeah.. I plan to. >.<
It may just be the prism in my glasses because I do have a lazy eye.. might be that they gave me too strong a prism this time.. that might be it. I can't answer for Dimitri totally, but many of my uncles/uncles friends that I know are truckers and the pay is quite good. ^^ I presume it's the same in the US. |
Most likely ^^ The harder the work, the better the pay, at least that's how it should be, lol
And I'm very nearsighted, I mean, I don't let people try on my glasses because I'm scared it will blind them xD |
@Zombie: Well, I don't really earn money unless I'm actually moving freight. I get paid $0.37 per mile, and if I'm averaging, say, 50 - 55 miles per hour, that breaks down to about $18.50 - $20.35 per hour. So, the pay is good, but only if I'm moving. If I'm stuck without freight for a long period of time, or my truck breaks down, or something like that, then I get "layover pay", but that's only about $55.00 - $65.00 per day... BIG difference there :sweat:
@Kale: Well, if you're tired, then you should get some sleep. I don't want you to start getting sick or anything like that from lack of sleep because you were here talking to me (yes, you're talking to others, also, but I'm also someone that you're talking to at the moment). |
Lol. To be truthful Dimitri, the fact you're still on is the reason I had stayed up so late.. XD
I like chatting with you. ^^; Though this wouldn't be the first time I stayed up so late.. but it's affecting my eyes which in turn give me a headache. So I am heading off to bed now ^^ Goodnight to you both. -hugs all around- |
@Kale: I like chatting with you too, but not at the expense of your health. You get some rest so you feel better, and I'll talk to you tonight, if you're online *hugs* G'night
