Did you miss something? o_o Or just surprised by how fast the time flew?
|
yeah, but getting snow a month ago was insane.
its 7 for me and I still haven't eaten dinner!!! |
@TK: Houston? Stable? :XD I never saw anything stable about Houston.
|
Helios, TK and Dimitri: Hey there all ya'll! ^-^ -waves- Thanks! How're ya'll doing? Helios, are you in California? |
okay, maybe I think its stable because I'm used to it. it regularly rains and gets hot.
|
I got pictures from home and just threw my hands up in frustration. I always missed it when it snowed there! xD
@Ultima: If you knew how strange the weather got...you'd understand. ;D @Hopelessly: I'm doing alright! I had a rough night at work, so I might be able to pass out this morning for a change. ^^; Just need to get a few things done online... |
well, I got snow while in class. everytime I walked outside it stopped snowing. it was evil.
|
TK: Just surprised that's all. XD Been sitting here since I got up at 8am.
Hope: :D Sure am. |
@Love: I'm doing alright. At least my headache finally went away.
@Kat:  I didn't mean any disrespect or anything like that. I just kinda dreaded driving a tractor-trailer through Houston because everybody seems so crazy on the roads over there. Of course, then again, the same thing could be said about almost every major city in the US. @TK: :XD I used to drive through TX regularly for years when I was driving tractor-trailers, remember? ;) Oh, by the way, Aryah and I took her laptop into Best Buy today. |
@Kat: It's such a tease! xD
@Helios: Oh wow! Sounds like my off days.... Ugh, I'm not looking forward to Thursday. Ends up now I have to participate in the twelve mile rucksack march. Full gear, carrying a M16, and lugging around thirty-five pounds. Yay. Nice thing is I got another day off to compensate for that hell. Now just need to survive. >_> I really hope they pick FLAT LAND TO WALK ON... |
Helios: Oh, me too! :) TK: Oh, hope that you can get some sleep. And I know all about trying to get things done. That seems to be the story of my life since graduating from HS. :XD Lol. ---------- Dimitri: Oh, that's good. Headaches are killer! When I get one, it's one that refuses to go away, and I have to take pain killers for. :XD Most of mine are normally dehydration headaches. Because I'm a blonde, literally (yeah, I am a blonde) and just forget to drink water on days when I spend most of the day outside. |
D: What do you do, TK?
I'm unemployed right now...so I have nothing else to do. D: |
@Ultima: But how long did you have to stay in one spot? xD We'd have one day that would be really warm...then the next cold...the next hot. Then the next week there would be ice on the road and WTF on our faces. ;D Totally odd. And I seemed to have carried strange weather patterns over here too. /kidding
@Hopelessly: Seriously. I don't think it'll ever be easy as childhood again. xD @Helios: I'm a medic in the military. And we do stupid things. Regularly. >_>; |
yeah, houstonians are idiots. I don't live in the city itself.
that does not sound fun tori. sounds hellish. |
We did a five-six mile one up and down some mountains without a M16...and I was aching for days. I can't imagine what it'll be like doing double that. And they expect us to finish in...*thinks* I think three hours and a half?
I'm not even GOING to EFMB. >_>;; At least my sergeants are nice. They gave me the option to turn down going to compete. |
Hope: Oh cool! Where abouts, if you don't mind me asking?
TK: D: Sounds not so much fun. I wouldn't survive the Military.. Not one day.. |
TK: Totally agreed! There are days when I miss being able to run to mommy because something isn't going right and mommy will make it alllll better. (Sorry, I'm really in little kid mode right now -- spent the last hour or so in class talking about preschoolers) ----------Helios: I live up in Northern California -- north of Sacramento. ---------- Oh, and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't survive in the military either. I'll leave that to my fiancee. |
Hope: :D cool! I had friends from Gaia up that way. :3 I don't talk to them anymore. ; 3; I'm in the southern bits. Around Huntington Beach.
|
Helios: Oh, cool! Never heard of it, what are some of the cities that are around you? |
*sings along to "8 second ride"*
@Love: Yeah, most of my headaches are due to stress or lack of sleep, though. @TK: Mmm, there were a few times where I was in TX for several days running back and forth between Houston, Laredo, and Dallas/Ft Worth. I remember one time I was in Laredo while it was sleeting... In LAREDO!! :illgetu: @Kat: Yeah, well, a lot of major cities are like that. |
Dimitri - Stress headaches are horrible! =[ I have gotten a few of those when trying to pack for Uni or whatnot.... xD No fun at all! And my usual ways of getting rid of headaches never works with them. |
poor tori!!! I can leisurely climb a mountain, but not run up it carrying stuff!!! okay, I don't run.
Laredo is my friend's character's name. he was named after the city because my friend was lazy. there is also a laredo in mexico yeah, I was in downtown atlanta once and that was interesting |
Give me a horse and I'll go up the mountain. Excercise -- walking, jogging, running, etc... - is hard for me because of my asthma. Riding horses, thankfully, doesn't really trigger it for me, unless I'm working really hard. |
I, myself live in Garden Grove. I live near Anahiem (Used to live there), Newport beach, Seal Beach, Brea, Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. I'm only a few hours away from LA, Hollywood and all those fun cities. D:
|
@Love: Yeah, they're hard to get rid of... Alcohol tends to help with those. :XD
@Kat: ..."interesting"... Not exactly the term I'd use to describe downtown Atlanta traffic... |
